Family friendly
Pros:

Location was great, staff were amazing very accommodating, professional and friendly, felt more like a family owed hotel which i loved, staff communicated with everyone from the time you walk in throughout your stay etc. Breakfast for me was okay however area was keep clean and constantly restocked. Pool was nice for kiddo. Will stay again when I visit my daughter who will be attending Tarleton State University.

We will stay there again at the Grandbury location. The rooms and breakfast were great!
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and so helpful. They recognized us as we came in & out of the hotel and welcomed us later that night with fresh cookies.

Cons:

nothing..all just great!

Pros:

The room was very good. The breakfast was good and had a fairly nice variety. The freely available coffee and hot tea was a great perk.

Cons:

The pool was quite cold. The jacuzzi hot tub was not hot. We chose this hotel hoping to use them and enjoy them, so it was disappointing.

Nice property, good location, comfortable bed & linens, good breakfast, friendly staff
Pros:

Every employee was helpful and very friendly.

Cons:

The walls are so thin, I could hear someone snoring in the room next to me. Super annoying and I had to run the fan on high to drown it out. The front desk did agree to change my room if I wanted.

Treatment upon arrival awesome
Pros:

I arrived at 430 am . I was greeted by Ms. Denise. In all my years of hotel hoping for work today was unique. I was received with a warm smile and greeted as if i belonged. Then i was informed of all the amenities and hours. (Breakfast) she took a moment to show me around and repeatedly stated that if i needed something to let her or her staff know. I felt the message as being sincere. In a world of rush rush Denise made my day better with her great attitude and superior customer service. Great Job Comfort suites in having a valuable team member on board due to her faboulous reception and knowledge i will ask my employeer to always use Comfort suites as my lodging choice. Thank you Denise for going the extra mile.

Phenomenal
Pros:

Love the location of this hotel!! The staff is phenomenal!! The cleanliness is great!! Housekeeping and front desk, breakfast and even maintenance go out of their way to make you feel important, like we are not just another number, like we matter!
In the lobby Christian music playing superb food for breakfast many choices.

Had a great visit and hotel staff very knowledgeable and friendly

The location was convent. The breakfast bar was one of best I’ve ate at

Except for the hard mattress, a great place to stay.
Pros:

Staff were nice, professional and accommodating. Room was clean and temperature was quick and easy to control.

Cons:

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. My hips and lower back ached and it was hard to find a comfortable sleeping position. I’m guessing this is not a new complaint as the was a mattress topper on our bed. Doesn’t fix the problem.
