Pros:

The staff was extremely nice! And perfect location.

Cons:

The shower pressure was not good at all and hot tub blew cold water from the jets.

Nice Stay
Pros:

It was clean, the beds were comfy, breakfast was good, the staff was wonderful and we liked hanging in the lounge area playing games.

Cons:

They didn't shovel the walkways or plow, we got stuck.

Pros:

Front Desk Clerk was very friendly and explained everything we needed. Bed was very Comfortable to Sleep in. The surprise was that the Suite also had a Couch that was comfortable to Relax on. Most of the Suites I have been in have very uncomfortable chairs/sofas.

Cons:

Water Pressure was Low.

Great people who make us feel welcome and comfortable
Pros:

Staying in hotels is much the same no matter where you go. As long as the rooms are comfortable, in good condition, and meet your needs, they do about the same thing. I rate my experience more in the people who work there to make your experience what it is. At this hotel the staff from the front desk to the breakfast workers to the maintenance staff go out of their way to make your experience the best. An older hotel, there are parts that need fixing on occasion such as a bathroom fan that rattles. The front desk sent the maintenance worker up the same day and called us beforehand to check to be sure it was okay to enter. We arrived back to find the nicest man who was friendly and efficient. He fixed our fan and cleaned up after himself. Each person we have come in contact with has been friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here several times with the same experience. There’s a lot of restaurants and stores around making it s very convenient location to stay while visiting family.

Clean & comfy
Pros:

Clean & very comfortable bed reasonably priced (& includes basic breakfast with fresh coffee, eggs & do it yourself waffles). Staff was courteous & helpful.

Located near good grocery store as well as options for chain restaurants & shopping. Easy access to venture north to Lake Ontario or south to Syracuse!
