It was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Cons:

The parking lot was a hazard, covered with snow and more importantly ice. A real danger and a huge liability for the hotel

One of the worst snow plowing jobs I have ever seen
. The parking lot was sheer ice. My wife has mobility issues, and almost fell. You can do better!

Great stay on a cold and snowy day!
Pros:

Staff were attentive and loved the friendly face when coming in the door. Sherrice knows customer service and how to make her guest feel comfortable. The property is clean and the breakfast is exactly what I needed. Not a lot of fancy stuff but your basics you would normally have at home. My daughter is having a wedding here in March. I have recommended that guest stay here.

Cons:

Wish it had an indoor pool and beds were softer. I like plush beds.

Cons:

When I booked the room I paid for the best room in the hotel. I called the hotel days before arrival and asked that we be put in a room that DOESNT have any smells from cleaning supplies and a quiet room as possible. WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM THAT SMELLED LIKE PERFUME AND WAS ON THE SIDE NEAR THE INTERSTATE 95. THE TRAFFICE NOISE KEPT US BOTH AWAKE ALL NIGHT!
