Would not stay at this facility again.
Cons:

Shower valve was broken. Handle fell off. Also had light switch cover fall off, no screws in it.

we made the best of it
Pros:

It was in a great location for the purpose of our trip

Cons:

When we got there at 4:30 for check in our room was not ready. We had to wait another hour to get in. Check in time is supposed to be 3pm.

The hotel was fine it was it was others staying who made it a bad stay.
Pros:

I loved how big our room was. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was good. Clean!

Cons:

We were woken up by drunk adults hanging out in the hallways talking laughing for about two hours. When I called up front twice no one answered.

Pros:

Hotel is well-situated in downtown Omaha, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff we talked to were very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

Parking is very problematic. We were charged for parking, but there were not enough parking places in the motel's parking lot and we had to park on the street about a block away from the motel.
