Great staff!!
Pros:

We got in support late after a long drive. Even at 1 am the front desk worker Billi was so kind. She was efficient and very helpful. The key card machine wasn’t working correctly and she apologized for me needing to walk back down. She was so nice and a great help with any questions we had. She made our experience even better! Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was amazing. Love that we stay here every year for state!

Top Notch Customer Service – Thank You Bobbi!
Pros:

Bobbi was amazing!! Great customer service is increasingly rare these days, so to be treated to such compassion, understanding, and helpfulness made our stay top notch. Clean room and amenities as well as a great location close to lots of great restaurants – wish we could have tried more!

The hotel staff is really amazing. With all the kids tournaments in the area they are kind and really accommodating.

Buffy at the desk was truly amazing! The team here is wonderful. Great location and they really do a great job with kids and teams. Great stay

Cons:

Shower valve was broken. Handle fell off. Also had light switch cover fall off, no screws in it.
