we booked and arrived early but were let in early- thank you. We left early too?
Pros:

Iron and waffles were good. Parking was good and easy to access. Quiet street and neighborhood.

Cons:

One standing lamp bulb blinked so not useable. Room 112

Pros:

Everything was excellent. The very friendly staff have excellent customer service. The bedroom and the facilities are very clean. Breakfast included was delicious, all designed for adults and children to eat breakfast. We loved our stay 10 out of 10. We hope to return for a few more days. My kids loved the pool and the snack area.

We didn't stay during the day in our room but slept well, not a lot of road noise or people noise.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. They offered a cup of fresh cut strawberries and blueberries that was excellent.

Cons:

The egg dishes were not very tasty, one day frozen omelets heated up that tasted like they had velveeta cheese in them, yuck. The scrambled eggs were tasteless and I don't think they were made with real eggs, maybe a carton egg mix or powdered?

It was a decent stay
Pros:

Pool and hot tub were great

Cons:

Our room 106, smelled like poop the entire time and would not cool down in the room. It was either freezing or hot.

The staff was extremely friendly, I would stay again.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Was in a safe location. Breakfast could have been better.

Cons:

The comforter on one of the beds was dirty. When we pulled it back it had something on it. Not sure if it was food, blood, or something else, but it was nasty. So the cleaning crew needs to pay closer attention to those little details.
