Good price and comfortable
Pros:

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Micro Hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were kind. The breakfast had everything we like to eat in the morning. My children had fun making waffles and adding toppings.

The girl at check in was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The girl at check out was not very nice, breakfast was was terrible, area was filthy , pillows were horrible, we found a cell phone under the bed on our room , obviously wasn’t clean

greatly disappointing--the checkin incident stained an otherwise nice stay.
Pros:

Room was clean--overall nice--even though the chairs were too low in relation tot he desk and shower curtain could not keep water in shower

Cons:

I an deaf and was traveling with a service dog. I was told I had to pay a $10 hold on my cc for "incidents". What kind of incidents, I asked? Mere incidents was the reply. I was told everyone had to do this. I asked for a written copy of the policy saying this--as it was not in my agreement with Booking com. Clerk was nice, and looked for it, but did not find a printed version of this blatantly discriminatory and arbitrary policy, which inconvenienced me, the people waiting in line to check in, and the poor clerk. I don't like Microtel corporate as a result.
