The service was great in particular the managers reception bartender (Monday to Friday) was very personable and customer friendly!

Great experience. The team here is fantastic - Kale at the bar (Mondays!), and Brie at the front desk are standouts for excellent customer service and just a generally great attitude.

I also had the pleasure of meeting the GM, Chad, as well his Director of Sales Jennifer. They are really running a tight operation here.

The property is well-located, and feels like a cozy footprint for an Embassy. The hotel has 5 floors and one pair of elevators, but I never felt like the waits were long.

The bar and restaurant area are are adjacent to the lobby, directly across from the front desk. It's a quick walk in, to all you Happy Hour aficionados rushing to beat the clock (5:30 - 7:00 😉)

Breakfast was also on-point - but note that weekdays 9:30am is the cut-off - and it's enforced! Food and condiment cabinets were closing promptly at 9:30, and the made to order station was right behind them.

Our room was a standard (read: excellent) Embassy Suite. Seperated living room w/ pullout sofabed. Nice desk / workspace, with a kitchenette in the passageway to the bedroom. Room for kids and parents to enjoy a bit of separation.

Lovely little pool deck, and a nice but simple 24 hour gym.

Ample parking, but mostly in the shared lot between this hotel and the neighboring Homewood suites. There are only two entrances to the property I saw - the main kn front, and another on the side with the larger parking lot that brings you into the conference room area.

As I said at the top - great staff, great location, great experience!

Embassy Suites Brandon is our home away from home for my husband and I. The Superior service provided by the restaurant staff is the main reason we chose this Hotel. Mason, Kale and Matthew makes the bar so much fun. There is never a dull moment. The drinks are always on point. Chef Al's dishes makes the stay even better. I highly recommend staying at this property. You will not be disappointed.

Kale and Matthew made the entire stay. Their attentiveness to our needs did NOT go unnoticed. Their service was exceptional and the bar was a nice vibe. If they had Bleu cheese stuffed olives for my dirty martini, I'd be sure i was in heaven. Unfortunately, I didn't get the woman's name at breakfast but she was amazing as well. Rooms were more than comfortable and clean. I'd absolutely stay there again.

We always stay at Hilton properties especially Embassy Suite. However this was the most disgusting and disappointing Embassy Suite. I will never stay here again. We got in late Thursday to enter a room disgusting. The toilet had been used with urine running all down the side and diarrhea all in the toilet splashed all over with toilet paper still in it as well. The tub was disgusting. The bedsheets we determined the stains on it associated with the diarrhea. We luckily got moved to another room which was better yet the dust on the dresser, nightstand and stable outlined anything set on it it was thick. I have never complained on any Hilton property but I will never stay here again. The manager was suppose to contact us but after 3 days nothing ! We took pictures and the worker who changed our room was so embarrassed.

I stayed here on a room block with friends and family for my wedding. I can’t say enough about the friendliness off the staff. Lana and Ivy at the front desk accommodated any and all of our needs. Mason (the bartender) really made my family feel special with kindness behind the bar. Even the guy making the omelettes in the mornings was very friendly, fast, and he made a great omelette! Even the housekeeping staff was very friendly and polite. I just can’t say enough about the staff here. The hotel itself is a little dated but with a staff like this, who cares! Thank you again and we will be back!
