Incredible service by Kale at the bar.. she served us 2 nights in a row and was 100% the reason we came back the 2nd night! Hopefully she works tomorrow night our last night to make this trip truly exceptional!

Tampa was a great place for the trip we took. We went to Mosi Science Center and the Aquarium. After a full travel day the nights rest was relaxing. The room was very quite, the bed comfortable and clean. I loved the arrangement of furniture and the two individual spaces. The television was unplugged and no control. We called and got service immediately. The room was worth the value. I am Hilton Honors and will spend more vacations and time at Embassy Suites.

During our recent stay at the Embassy Suites in Brandon, Florida, the Young Men of Honor, Inc. had the pleasure of enjoying an outstanding breakfast experience that truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we entered the dining area, we were greeted with warm smiles, professionalism, and a genuine spirit of hospitality. The breakfast area was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and cared for. Our young men were treated with kindness, patience, and respect, making the start of each day both enjoyable and memorable.

Hotel wa great, food was great, Mariela helped us with breakfast and was super pleasant and helpful. Restaurant was solid and well priced. Will come back

The hotel was close to everything. The decor was lovely, especially the Bahama shutters in each room that provided the ability to see out into the lobby or remain closed for complete privacy. The absolute best part, however, was the staff. From reception to housekeeping to restaurant and bar staff to management, everyone was lovely to not only the guests but to each other. This hotel is a keeper, for sure.

The hotel staff is unbelievably friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast is excellent. I recommend the build your omelette station. Mariela provided us with excellent service and I will be staying here every time I am in the area.

Spent a quick overnight here as we made a road trip. Hotel is older, but clean. Good breakfast, unfortunately we saw the cook to order eggs AFTER we already ate... tgat was on us. Good breakfast and very nice restaurant menu and bar for after hours.

Convenient location.

It's located right near the on/off ramp so vehicle noise is a factor, and rooms / baths need to be updated.

Staff was EXCELLENT

I can't give it 5, only because it's starting to be an older facility, but it was extra clean and bed comfortable. As title says, really shpuld have an extra 1/2 star I can give it.
