Mason the bartender and Millie & Mariela breakfast hosts were exceptional in their approach to hospitality.
Me and my GF woke up tired and low energy but their behavior towards us brought us back to life.
Mason the bartender talked smooth and recommended his special drink mix (tasted awesome) and Millie gave insight into her life and checked up on our table to make sure we were well fed (we were 😁).

Room 488 . No hot water, the door had to be slammed shut because it didn’t line up properly. The staff was amazing but the building is very aged. The major irritant was no hot water the entire stay and one night the water in each sink was off.

It took me three phone calls to the front desk to get housekeeping services, the beds were hard and very uncomfortable

Mariela and Millie were absolutely wonderful. They were both kind, attentive & genuinely caring throughout our 2 breakfast mornings. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked in just the right amount without being overwhelming. Their friendly attitude really made the experience more enjoyable. Great service all around!
