I stayed here on a room block with friends and family for my wedding. I can’t say enough about the friendliness off the staff. Lana and Ivy at the front desk accommodated any and all of our needs. Mason (the bartender) really made my family feel special with kindness behind the bar. Even the guy making the omelettes in the mornings was very friendly, fast, and he made a great omelette! Even the housekeeping staff was very friendly and polite. I just can’t say enough about the staff here. The hotel itself is a little dated but with a staff like this, who cares! Thank you again and we will be back!

Great location. Mall close by with lots of options. The hotel is very nice and feels cozy. The suite allows for lots of space for three kids and two adults. The cocktail hour at night is fun. The breakfast experience in the morning was the best I’ve had at a hotel. Millie Mickael went above and beyond. She moved tables together for us, got us drinks, check on us often, and was so kind. Great value for everything included.

Mason was nice and took care of us! Mason was awesome! The best ever representative of any place I’ve ever been. I was a Bon Voy member for ever. I’m now a Hilton fan! Thank you Mason and Embassy of Brandon!

Go see Mason at the bar, by far first class service. He backs it up with an actual Chef in the back kitchen, Ask for Al, then ask him about his specials. No reason to leave this hotel once you check in!

Millie, the breakfast attendant, is an absolute rockstar. Her warm, genuine care and attention to each guest elevates the breakfast experience from a simple amenity to a heartfelt start to the day, and as a fellow hotelier, I can say it is rare to encounter someone who serves with this level of passion and consistency.

Rachel at the front desk set the tone with her welcoming attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help, reflecting a front office team that truly understands hospitality, not just check-in formalities. The gentleman who checked me in handled the process smoothly and efficiently while still making it feel personal, which is not easy to balance when the lobby is busy.

The bartender at the Manager’s Reception brought great energy to the evening, engaging with guests, remembering preferences, and creating a relaxed, friendly environment that made the reception feel like a hosted event rather than just a routine service. Every interaction with the team—from breakfast to front desk to evening reception—showed a staff that is not only well trained but clearly engaged and proud of where they work.

Kudos to the leadership and culture of this hotel for fostering such an environment; it is evident that this is a place where service is delivered with heart, and it makes Embassy Suites Tampa Brandon an easy property to recommend and to return to. Super clean hotel and very clean rooms.

Shani was amazing! Great waitress and was so pleasant & friendly. Would definitely recommend asking for her! She is very helpful.

Went to the dining room and bar and was served by Shani, she was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Her service truly stood out and made our visit memorable. Would definitely come back and hope to be served by her again!

Came to celebrate a 80th birthday at Hard Rock. This hotel is PERFECT! Rooms, spacious and clean, breakfast wonderful, made to order omelets, bar staff & front desk, breakfast staff, all amazing! This hotel made our stay memorable and even brought a cake and sang!!! I can’t say enough about the staff!
