Newly renovated room. Clean and had necessities.
Very thin walls. Heard everything and was awoken in the night.
The two staff on the front desk were exceptional. We had one of our best sleeps (are the mattresses new?). We appreciated the fridge in our room. The only thing missing was a piece of art on a wall. It could be a map of Peterborough or photographs of the area. Wildlife pictures would blend well with the yellow/green/white paint in the rooms.
One of the outdoor lights in the marquee was flashing and needs replacing.
Didn't like the smell of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burn marks on a few peices if the tables. The floors weren't properly cleaned and there was a rip in the shower curtain. There was only two pillows on the bed and not an extra comforter
I liked the location and that it was pet friendly.
I cannot think of anything I didn’t like about the property.

Locationit was
Mattress's were very soft, needed replaced and the bed squeaked everytime you moved. When we got the room, there was water running across the counter, because the little fridge needed to be defrosted. I defrosted the fridge myself to stop the water. The hairdryer didn't work and the bathroom fan made such a racket, we tried to not put the bathroom light on when we were in there. As the 2 were connected together.
No coffee in room & no coffee in lobby.
Check in was at 2pm but the room was not ready until 4pm.
Big line up at the reception. Staff was ignorant and unprofessional.
