The room was actually dirty. There were stains on the bed skirt and I couldn't tell if it was blood or feces. The night stand was dirty as was the top of the refrigerator, it had a sticky substance all over it and crumbs of sort sort. Lots of stains, some cobwebs and marks all over the walls.
Location was perfect. Place was very clean, staff was very friendly. Beds super comfortable.
Good location
Smelled of cigarettes all through the main lobby to the point I had to go outside it was very strong and did not seem like it was from outside as no one was out there smoking. TeI of my friends had to get their rooms cleaned again before they could use them.
The location
Not very clean, bed very uncomfortable, only had 1 pillow per person, tub did not drain very well if at all & the tub faucet was not attached to the surround & leaked alot. Also the hot water did not last long.
Price I guess.
The room perfectly captures the cold, sterile atmosphere of the palliative care ward where I watched my mother pass away. It has the inviting charm of a scheduled shift change, and I spent my stay less concerned with the lack of amenities and more concerned that someone might arrive to check my vitals.
It was close to my event, very convenient.
La jeune femme à la réception est très accueillante, gentille et respectueuse.
Lack of staff, there was a party in the hallway with no warning from staff for late noise.
Le garçon de la réception dormait de l'autre côté du mur et il a fallu lever le ton assez fort pour le réveiller, même le telephone le réveillait pas.
Location
Even to have a coffee you needed pay extra.
Didn't like the smell of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burn marks on a few peices if the tables. The floors weren't properly cleaned and there was a rip in the shower curtain. There was only two pillows on the bed and not an extra comforter
The two staff on the front desk were exceptional. We had one of our best sleeps (are the mattresses new?). We appreciated the fridge in our room. The only thing missing was a piece of art on a wall. It could be a map of Peterborough or photographs of the area. Wildlife pictures would blend well with the yellow/green/white paint in the rooms.
One of the outdoor lights in the marquee was flashing and needs replacing.
Newly renovated room. Clean and had necessities.
Very thin walls. Heard everything and was awoken in the night.
I liked the location and that it was pet friendly.
I cannot think of anything I didn’t like about the property.
