Good hotel but breakfast very disappointing
Pros:

Location was excellent,staff very friendly and helpful.Nice room ,bed very comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast very poor ,only melon all week ,no other fruit .No bread except for toaster,only scrambled eggs,no other choice .Only plain yogurt,excessive amount of cake and biscuits .
Toiletries not refilled in the bathroom

Cons:

Air-condition not working and limited to 22 deg. Exhaust fan doesn't seem to work and unable to pull cold air even if open window. Should have warned us not to drive to the hotel as there was a very narrow lane to pass through.

Pros:

Fantastic location to explore the city and both Marina’s. Staff were absolutely excellent! View from breakfast was lovely, didn’t get to experience the roof top bar as it was closed due to wind. Pool area was nice to relax in and could get drinks outside and towels provided for the pool.

Cons:

Didn’t think breakfast was great, random selection of items. Pool wasn’t very clean but the rest of the hotel was immaculate

Another fantastic stay at the hotel and I hope to return again soon!
Pros:

Great location, well appointed rooms with beautiful view of the sea and mount vesuvius. Rooftop bar is excellent and although due to the weather it was not open every night, the alternative on the 4th floor was also very enjoyable. Every one of the staff were lovely, friendly and professional. Breakfast was included which was very good. Although I did not use the pool, the pool area looked very nice.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious with a gorgeous pool area ...immaculate throughout...fantastic location, lovely breakfast

Cons:

Our room , a double room without balcony which is what we booked and was fine ....it was so small with no mirror apart from in the tiny bathroom , smallest shower ive ever seen and if we weren't of slim build it wouldn't of been doable at all , the pipe was right infront of the on/off valve and we had to pull the pipe away from the wall to turn the shower on ,but this was rectified after a couple of days, housekeeping must have spotted it as I didn't report it, also watch out for city tax on checkout....gorgeous 4 star hotel but room not so at all

Great Hotel, great views
Pros:

We loved the hotel, the location, the views, the pool and the service.

Cons:

The breakfast choices were very limited. The little bites that varied each day were interesting but not to our liking. Expanding main breakfast choices like egg omelettes, boiled eggs, waffles, pancakes and/or smoked salmon would be great additions, even if you eliminated the little bites.

Pros:

The staff were accommodating, the location and that it had a pool so you didn't have to go to the beach, you could relax by the pool after being out exploring or shopping.
Also tge rooms had shutters that you could put down to keep the sun out and in the evening the lights out so you could have a great nights sleep
