Pros:

Es un hotel que parece bastante moderno, para lo que se suele ver por Londres por estos precios. Tiene enchufes europeos, por lo tanto no necesitas adaptador para cargar los aparatos electrónicos. La habitación no tiene moqueta, lo cual yo lo prefiero. Tiene nevera y caja fuerte para dejar lo que quieras. Las camas son cómodas. Hacen la habitación todos los días y te cambian las toallas del baño, pero no las sábanas. El personal es muy amable, me habían dado habitación en planta superior y no tuvieron ningún problema en cambiarla a planta baja para no subir escaleras. Hay una parada de autobús a 50 metros que te lleva a los principales puntos de interés de Londres (pasan varias líneas por la misma parada). Y la parada de metro está a unos 7-8 minutos caminando. El barrio aunque pueda parecer lo contrario, es tranquilo y tiene varios supermercados y restaurantes por los alrededores. La verdad es que estuvimos muy cómodos en nuestra estancia. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

The staff were very helpful. They offered us a room on the ground floor because my partner was on crutches. We had everything we asked for. Every day, when we returned from our morning walks, we found the room tidy and clean.

Cons:

The only issue we had was that when we arrived at the hotel, on the first day, the toilet was not clean. We found a lot of urine and poop stains. The toilet was extremely dirty. While it turned out that they generally take good care of the place, the first impression was not the best. I don't know if it was a coincidence, but the first contact with the cleanliness of the toilet was the worst

Cons:

El inodoro estaba sucio, con orines en la tapa, cuando subí la tapa me unté la mano de orines, tuve que limpiarlo y ponerle alkohol.

Ok per un breve soggiorno a Londra
Pros:

La struttura è ben collegata con il centro di Londra (circa 20 min di autobus). Molto vicina è presente anche la stazione dei treni e la metropolitana. Si trova in un quartiere multietnico molto tranquillo e dotato di tutto il necessario: caffè, supermercati, farmacie, ristoranti.
La camera, in generale, è piccola, ma per qualche giorno a Londra va più che bene. Letto alla francese molto comodo.
Pulizie quotidiane e ricambio asciugamani.
Staff gentilissimo, pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza.

Cons:

La struttura è vecchia, nelle scale è presente la moquette. In camera c’è una piccola finestra che consente poco cambio d’aria. La doccia del nostro bagno si intasava molto facilmente.
Si sente ogni tipo di rumore proveniente dalle altre camere e dal corridoio, è poco insonorizzata.
