Pros:

Goede locatie (prijs-kwaliteit) om Londen te verkennen. Het is gemiddeld 25mn met de bus om ergens te komen in de stad (als startpunt van bezienswaardigheden) er is een COOP & Tesco to go om de hoek, handig voor een ontbijtje of de kleine boodschappen. Tegenover het hotel werd een pand gesloopt, maar hadden we geen last van, echter het daarnaast gelegen politiebureau zorgt wel voor veel geluid (sirenes elke 15mn) neem oordoppen mee, dan is het geen probleem. Fijn verblijf en heel aardig en behulpzaam personeel.

Great Room
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the room had lots of little thoughtful additions, international plug sockets in case you forgot your adapter, a specific cold drinking water tap in the bathroom.

Cons:

Air conditioning would have been great, the only air conditioning was a fan on the wall near the window that was a bit noisy and really just moved the warm air around... The beds were also incredibly soft to the point of discomfort after a while.

Regular pero para ser Londres no está mal.
Pros:

Personal amable. Buena conexión con bus y metro.

Cons:

Hacía mucho calor y no hay aire acondicionado solo un ventilador. Limpieza regular había polvo cuando llegamos.

Vantagem apenas para facilidade de locomoção de ônibus e pela proximidade da estação Elephant & Castle. Mas o hotel
Pros:

Localização, pois é bem próximo da estação Elephant & Castle e da Square. E os pontos de ônibus ficam praticamente em frente. Mas apesar da proximidade com a Zona 1 (centro turístico), precisa se deslocar por transporte.

Cons:

A falta de ar condicionado e as escadas. Embora reservei ciente de ambas, foram incômodos durante a hospedagem.
O frigobar do quarto não funcionou. Mas, em que pese o problema, os funcionários foram solícitos em armazenar uma medicação na geladeira do hotel.

Very poor experience and will it be visiting again
Pros:

Staff were friendly

Cons:

No aircon and no option to open window. Bedroom was extremely hot. There was a fan in room which I had to leave on all night but fan was very noisy which resulted in a very restless night
