La habitación es amplia, el baño también es grande. buen aire acondicionado, tienes muchos supermercados cerca y hay una parada de bus a 2 minutos del hotel. Es una zona segura y tranquila.
Close enough to the centre of London around a 30 minute walk which is convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The facilities were great and we were able to leave our luggage in a private room on the day we checked out. The room itself was big enough.
There were a few things in the room that were falling apart (wooden frame piece beside the bed) and the ceiling in the bathroom was a bit odd it looked like one on the plastic pieces was caving in.

Location a bit out but good bus service
Great location with multiple bus connections to central London. For most of the central London attractions, we only had to take a 15-20 mins bus ride. The room has a comfortable bed and a TV with YouTube (for relaxing after a long day). Bathroom is spacious. Room had A/C, and also a minifridge to store any food.
Not the most welcoming staff we have seen. They did their job, but we didn't feel any warmth during exchanges. House keeping happens very late (around 3PM).
We tried breakfast on our last day, and for a hotel breakfast it was tad a bit expensive given the variety.
Clean, comfortable beds and inviting. Was easy to find and when needing help the staff were nice and helpful!

Nessuno mi ha specificato che per farsi pulire il letto bisognasse posizionare un cartello su di esso, perciò per tutta la vacanza ho avuto il letto “sporco”. Bisognerebbe cambiare tutto e pulire tutto a prescindere nella stanza o perlomeno essere MOLTO CHIARI.

The location was good in terms of distance from Tower Bridge but the surrounding area was a bit dodgy.
