Bel emplacement - personnel très agréable
La vétusté des commodités à la piscine.
We stayed in a twin bed room on the ground floor with stunning views with a private decking area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was really good. Not forgetting the breakfast which was included in the price . The pool and hot tub were a bonus.
I found that the mattress was too hard but others may have preferred that.
The view out the balcony doors was beautiful. The bed was quite firm, which I like. I loved the historical ambiance, with all the historical artifacts on the wall. It was a quaint aspect to the hotel.
The breakfast was average at best. Some of the dishes were well overcooked and dry. The bathroom could use a good remodel.
Excellent location just few miles each way from Glencoe and Appin. Stunning views from hotel across the Loch. Food was. Very good. Service very efficient by friendly staff.
Can't think of anything negative
Nous sommes restés une nuit et nous avons été satisfaits. Chambre confortable, salle de bain propre et moderne. L’ambiance est agréable et reposante. Parfait pour une escapade en couple
Bon courage avec l’accent
Lovely staff super friendly. Location great for exploring the highlands
Corridors and lounge and restaurant areas need a refurb. Quite dated rooms
The hotel is set in the most beautiful place with views from bar and restaurant over the loch. The room was spacious and bed huge a little hard but not uncomfortably so. There was a lovely pool with some changing facilities that was open for 12 hrs a day and the hotel had a big car park so no worries about parking after being out all day. This worth staying at.
Nothing really was a bit on the pricey side but the location was spot on .
Very clean rooms and bathrooms.
Really enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool.

The hotel is not in glencoe as advertised.
The menu was minimal with little choice
The bedroom had a distinct smell of damp
