A cosy relaxing stay with a outstanding view!
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holly Tree Hotel. The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable and the view spectacular. We ate there both nights and the food was delicious, it has a small friendly hotel feel and we would definitely consider returning at some point.

Pros:

Fabulous location, incredible staff, amazing food, stunning views.

Cons:

The mattresses were a little too firm and the sink was clogged in our room but those were the only minor things. Everything else was superb.

Wonderful, replenishing stay.
Pros:

We loved everything! The staff are amazing, they work really hard, but don't seem harrassed. Very chill, welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was warm, quiet, relaxed efficiency. We felt at home immediately.
The pool area was ideal. Outstanding view from the toasty hot tub and lovely cool pool.
The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. I loved the refill stations in the hallways - what a brilliant idea and a lovely touch.
The beds are firm. This was fine for me as I prefer a firm bed.
The food is hearty, wholesome and delicious. We had dinner in the Seafood restaurant and breakfast.

The location on loch was wonderful. The view from our room was beautiful. Dinner was very good but a little pricey.

Very good would recommend to anyone wanting a small family run hotel
Pros:

Lovely location one the side of the loch. Room was lovely and warm and very clean. Great staff and restaurant. Beautiful view over the loch from our room and great balcony as well. Full marks for location and friendliness. Food excellent in the restaurant especially the chowder.

Overall, good stay.
Pros:

The property had an amazing location right in front of the lake. The views were beautiful every morning. Breakfast was simple but good. The staff were all friendly and hardworking. The restaurant for lunch and dinner was surprisingly one of my favorite meals while visiting Scotland.

Cons:

The rooms are dated. The bathrooms looked like it just needed a deeper clean.
