The staff were exceptionally helpful with everything from bags, directions, food etc.
it is very close to food and a little shopping in kingpower dutyfree. Only 5 mins walk to Victory Monument BTS station and Century plaza which has groceries and a lot of food.
The water pressure for the bathroom is not strong enough and it doesnt have a bathtub.
Rooms, breakfast, lobby and the green garden were very good. It was comfortable hotel and it’s not my first time here and I will visit again when I go to Bangkok.
The smell in the corridors was bad, it seems from humidity. They should take care of this because it gives a bad impression especially for those who visit the first time.

Staff were not helpful and housekeeping was awful
La piscine, les chambres sont spacieux.
Les chambres sont pas bien nettoyées sur les murs, vitres. Des équipements sont abîmés. Climatisation bruyante.

Not suitable for elderly and differently able people as the bathroom and bed were not suitable.
