Pros:

Excellent central location. Car parking directly opposite hotel. Decent little bar area to get started. Food served all night.

Cons:

Pricey but seems to be same across all of Nottingham. Check in was a bit slow as its a tiny desk with only one person. Security guard wouldn't let us bring food in at the end of the night, probably because they already serve food and it affects business but a bit annoying as we had still paid to stay there.
