Unfortunately, I was never given a room, so I cannot comment on the property
I paid for the reservation and check-in, but was never provided with a room and could not stay at the hotel. I had to find alternative accommodation and am now trying to recover the money I paid. Extremely stressful and disappointing experience
The manager Ravi is verry helpful. Position is great right in Tribeca.
Absolutely nothing. Was one of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed at.
No staff, dirty, noisy, AC was crazy loud as well & the bed was rock hard. It was a joke, the photos on your site, in no way represents what it is accurately. And it should not cost anywhere close to what it did.
The location is great and the size of the room is decent based on what you normally get in the city.
The beds were rock hard, the air con was outrageously noisy and everything was just a bit dated.
Je suis arrivée à 22h30, personne à l'accueil et je n'avais pas reçu mon numéro de chambre et les consignes pour y accéder ce fut très compliquer de pouvoir accéder à ma chambre. On laisse un numéro de tel à l'accueil mais quand vous êtes touriste et que votre téléphone ne fonctionne que par internet on ne peux pas utiliser le téléphone.
Aucun code wifi indiqué dans la chambre or que c'était indiqué dans la réservation, pas pu allumé la tv du coup car tv connectée et pas de connexion wifi... Le plafond de la salle de bain était tout craquelé.
The staff were extremely accommodating, helped me with changing rooms and extending stay. The location of the property is brilliant. Clean and modern.

Sucio, la entrada no es de un hotel, ascensor sucio, a la habitación se accede con un código en la puerta, el encargado no ayuda con las maletas. Cuidado con este sitio!

Jedino što smo imali vozača koji nas je pokupio na aerodromu.
Čim smo došli, tražili su dodatne novce za ući 20ak minuta ranije u sobu, a već je dodatno nešto naplaćeno. Soba je bila prljava, pod neočišćen, prozori prljavi koji se ne mogu niti malo otvoriti, plahte zgužvane i očito korištene jer su bile ljudske dlake u njima. Wc školjka je imala prljave tragove. Tuš je bio na plafonu bez pomičnog dijela. Kad smo tražile nove ručnike dobile smo ih ravno iz vrećice iz trgovine, neoprane.
The location was good for us.
Disorganized, room curtains in the first room were broken, second room bathroom amenities were broken, 3rd was ok, but no closet. When we first arrived, our rooms would not lock with digital codes. We had to pack up and put our luggage in lockers in the small lobby area. The rooms were not cleaned until late in the afternoon even after requesting. The room remained unlocked on the first and second day when we finally asked for a key. The staff tried to be helpful, but it was obvious the hotel had changed hands, and many things were not checked out before offering them for rent. The idea of a completely digital check-in, etc., was pretty ludicrous. Many guests were having similar issues. There were no phones in the room and when you called the number provided for assistance, it was a remote worker who didn't even know what hotel you were talking about. We feel we were quite inconvenienced and would like a credit.
