Sucio, la entrada no es de un hotel, ascensor sucio, a la habitación se accede con un código en la puerta, el encargado no ayuda con las maletas. Cuidado con este sitio!

Čim smo došli, tražili su dodatne novce za ući 20ak minuta ranije u sobu, a već je dodatno nešto naplaćeno. Soba je bila prljava, pod neočišćen, prozori prljavi koji se ne mogu niti malo otvoriti, plahte zgužvane i očito korištene jer su bile ljudske dlake u njima. Wc školjka je imala prljave tragove. Tuš je bio na plafonu bez pomičnog dijela. Kad smo tražile nove ručnike dobile smo ih ravno iz vrećice iz trgovine, neoprane.

Disorganized, room curtains in the first room were broken, second room bathroom amenities were broken, 3rd was ok, but no closet. When we first arrived, our rooms would not lock with digital codes. We had to pack up and put our luggage in lockers in the small lobby area. The rooms were not cleaned until late in the afternoon even after requesting. The room remained unlocked on the first and second day when we finally asked for a key. The staff tried to be helpful, but it was obvious the hotel had changed hands, and many things were not checked out before offering them for rent. The idea of a completely digital check-in, etc., was pretty ludicrous. Many guests were having similar issues. There were no phones in the room and when you called the number provided for assistance, it was a remote worker who didn't even know what hotel you were talking about. We feel we were quite inconvenienced and would like a credit.

I would not stay at this hotel and was highly disappointed in the service. First, for ~450/night, there was no housekeeping service. The towels I received were folded to hide mould stains and brown markings; there was no initiative from the staff to replace the towels despite me being there for 7 nights. On first checking in, there was a considerable amount of hair on the bathroom floor. I was locked out of my room twice and it took them about an hour each time to find a replacement key. To my surprise, during a period of being locked out of my room, the manager came up with a QR code and asked me to write a review specifically mentioning his name. I found this really unprofessional given all the issues with the stay; I said ‘sure’ out of awkwardness and then on two follow-up equations, he asked me why I had not left a review which I found extremely uncomfortable. Moreover, this hotel is no longer Sonder but has been taking over by Oyo. Despite this, all the branding within the hotel remains Sonder including directing you to Sonder wifi and the Sonder app for towel replacements; all of this is irrelevant given its no longer Sonder, so that wifi does not exist and was only provided to me on asking (which seems odd); the Wifi itself does not work for the TV. You also cannot set the AC temperature and all the pillows were different brands/levels of cushioning. I would really strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

WARNING DO NOT BOOK. This is NO LONGER Sonder. DUANE HOTEL IS A SCAM AND NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. VERY UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT. This hotel is in shambles. Arrived at 10:35pm - greeted by a hotel team of 3 unwashed men in disheveled clothes (think undershirts and flip flops) each yelling into their telephones. Realised quickly they had no idea who was staying in what room, keys were being stored in plastic shopping bags in a pile on the check in counter. I was taken upstairs in a filthy elevator to a room, he opened the door and quickly shut it as someone was staying in there. He didn’t know what room to put me, took a phone call and left me waiting in the hallway. I eventually made it downstairs again after waiting over 5 minutes for the elevator, walking over construction site materials in the hallway. They were trying to check in someone else by this stage, letting him know there is no AC’s in the rooms. The police arrived in the lobby responding to a seperate incident, other guests were locked out of rooms and were not being given their keys. I was loosing it, It was late at night, after a long day of work and with a migraine. I let them know that I wanted a refund and that I’ll be going elsewhere. This hotel is not a safe environment. I was told in person that they cannot refund my $300 reservation for this less than 1 star hotel experience because booking.com managed the res. I’m still waiting for customer service to fix this. Honestly I’ve stayed in hostels in rural India that were a better experience than this.

-Die Dusche war ziemlich abgenutzt und hatte viele starke Kalkablagerungen.
- Raum für große Koffer eher schwierig mit kleinen kein Problem
-Konzept der Sonder Hotels sieht keinen täglichen Zimmer Service vor der ist ja auch nicht immer nötig aber würde einen Aufenthalt angenehmer gestalten wenn bspw. das Bett täglich gemacht wird.

La cama era grande pero no había lugar para las valijas, eso era medio incomodo. Pero a tener en cuenta no es malo
