Für New York immernoch ein guter Deal
Pros:

-Super Lage mit guter Anbindung in einer schönen Straße, hohe Decken der Zimmer lassen sie größer wirken
-leise Zimmer
-bequeme Betten
-Möglichkeiten das Zimmer komplett abzudunkeln
-komfortabel Check in

Cons:

-Die Dusche war ziemlich abgenutzt und hatte viele starke Kalkablagerungen.
- Raum für große Koffer eher schwierig mit kleinen kein Problem
-Konzept der Sonder Hotels sieht keinen täglichen Zimmer Service vor der ist ja auch nicht immer nötig aber würde einen Aufenthalt angenehmer gestalten wenn bspw. das Bett täglich gemacht wird.

La cama era grande pero no había lugar para las valijas, eso era medio incomodo. Pero a tener en cuenta no es malo

Pros:

Room was fine, location was great. Cleaning was a bit so so. They didn’t charge the sheets once whilst we were there, didn’t restock room amenities like coffee or toilet roll a few times - my husband had to ask where to get it himself. The cleaner threw away food/snacks we had brought in which was annoying as we hadn’t even checked out. For the price we paid and considering we booked this for our honeymoon, we expected a lot better.

Pros:

We loved our stay in this hotel, the staff were so friendly and approachable and the room had everything we needed for a few nights stay. We were thankful for the lockers at reception as they were great for our final day. Thank you for having us.

Pros:

Perfect place to see all the sights.

Pros:

It was a very dingy and dirty place especially for the price. I was greatly disappointed and will never stay at another Sonder property again in my entire life. Scratch, nasty stains everywhere in the room and the entire property felt very old and dirty on the inside.

La posizione è perfetta, la camera è molto chic. lo staff è gentilissimo, abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina del caffè ed è stata sostituita in pochissimo tempo. Consiglio vivamente perché gli aspetti sono soprattutto positivi ed è comodissimo.

Cons:

Purtroppo le pulizie non sono comprese proprio come concetto di base della struttura, quindi essendo la camera molto piccola e poco arieggiata o si prenotano le pulizie a pagamento o si rimane nello sporco e nell'umidità.

De locatie was goed en personeel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Kamer/appartement werd verhuurd voor 4 personen maar slaapbank was niet goed genoeg om op te slapen. Slaapbank was bij aankomst niet opgemaakt en lakens waren vies. Badkamer was ook in slechte staat en oude douche. Verwachting was veel hoger als je naar de foto's kijkt.

Pros:

Stayed here for one night when I visited NY for the US Open. Location is great; not a far walk from 9/11 Memorial, The Battery where you can take a boat ride to see the Statue of Liberty. Subway stops, drug stores, shopping, restaurants all very convenient. Hotel staff were all friendly & welcoming! Downstairs a bit dusty from construction. Room could have been more clean. Shower had a very visible hair ball sitting near drain & lids to coffee cups were covered in dust. I was not a fan of the shower design. The floor got very wet because there is only a glass wall covering half of the shower. I did not like the overhead showerhead at all. Something more adjustable would have worked better for me. Surprisingly, the room was very quiet, so peaceful & quiet that I slept in! I like the idea of this hotel. Codes were easy to use.

Pros:

Room was not cleaned when I arrived, was told by staff that I would be relocated to another Sonder hotel due to not having availability at the Sonder Duane. Management was supposed to assist with the relocation, but was of no help, had to reach out to the other Sonder location in order to get any sort of traction. Would not recommend this hotel
