Lounge experience
Pros:

Just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to the employee working in the lounge, Anthony. If you visit this location, he will greet you with a smile, and offer you a bottle of water (cold or room temperature). He was working hard to keep things stocked and clean for the visitors. Nice to see people genuinely care about others.

Treated like Royalty at the Renaissance!
Pros:

Henry was amaaaazing!! Came down late for breakfast- was about 5 minutes before it ended. And he made sure I got a nice plate of breakfast and coffee. And then he helped me get set up somewhere to work while I waited for someone to pick me up. Such a kind, helpful and hospitable man! Henry is top notch representation of Renaissance. Best place to stay in Carmel/Indianapolis. The whole staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Great stay, great coffee
Pros:

i really enjoyed my stay here, what made it even better was seeing Henry every morning at the Starbucks who made the best iced coffee ever and had amazing customer service. I looked forward to my coffee every morning since he always made it with a smile. Great service!!!

A warm and comfortable place to stay
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Henry really made an impact on me. He is very kind and welcoming. He greeted me as I came in the door.
The hotel is at a great location just minutes from Indiana Spine group. There are plenty of restaurants close by as well.

Excellent place to stay!!
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was great. It looked like a resort hotel without being ocean front. The breakfast was awesome. The lounge was great and the staff was incredible. Very professional and very nice. Would definitely stay there again!!
