Pros:

Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was a good size, comfy beds, nice sizable fridge. Location was close to where we wanted to go as well as close to the downtown area. Breakfast had a decent amount of options. I really liked the yogurt machine. The hot items were better than the last hotel we stayed at.

We had reservations for one night, but changed it to add 3 additional nights because the hotel was so nice and the location so convenient to sightseeing in the area. Breakfast was great, too.

Pros:

I had problems with asthma while I was in Redding. I realized that my room has mold or mildew on the ceiling, above the window air conditioner. It was frustrating that it was my room that was causing me to need to use my inhaler.

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had hot and cold options but of limited supply. There was no coffee for about 10 minutes after breakfast was supposed to start.

The staff is very friendly. The walls and doors need a paint job but the room was decent. Not a 5⭐️ but good for the price and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good

Was given a room for disabled guests without being asked or notified. Shades do not open. Shower soap nearly empty. Holes in room walls. No wipes in gym to clean equipment and weight machine was broken. Sink and tub drains were both left plugged closed.
