La suite, con la sauna in camera, è ideale per rilassarsi al termine della giornata. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta per visitare la città.

Lokalizacja, szybkie i sprawne zameldowanie. Bardzo miły personel. Fajnie że mapy z miastem były dostępne do wzięcia, co ułatwiło zwiedzanie

Erinomainen sijainti vanhan kaupungin laidassa. Kaikki lähellä - myös satama.
Siisti huone, hyvät sängyt ja ilmastointi.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli heikko. Ei tuoretta läipää - vain paahtoleipiä. Yksi kahviautomaatti ja sekin reistaili. Makkarat ja pekonit kylmiä.

The Junior Suite was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the Old City from the window.

However, I'm giving the hotel 6/10 for two main reasons.
First, the windows did not have proper blinds, and the curtains were falling off the rails. During the summer, daylight lasts until late in the evening, making the room very bright and difficult for children to sleep. When we raised this with reception, the only response we received was an apology, and no alternative solution was offered.

Second, the room next to ours was being renovated. The renovation work continued after 6:00 PM on a Sunday, creating significant noise. Although the work stopped after we complained, the receptionist's response was not particularly polite, and there was no genuine apology or gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience.

Overall, the room itself was good, but the lack of attention to guest comfort and the way our concerns were handled had a significant impact on our stay.
