A great first impression of Omaha!
Pros:

I checked in with Stephanie and was given a warm welcome and a bag of goodie’s for being a Hilton Rewards Member. The room was clean and above my expectations for the price(the bed was super comfy). In the morning, the breakfast was tasty(there were eggs, oven baked potatoes, etc as well as oatmeal(it was ok) and cold cereals. My personal favorite was a mixture of the low-fat granola and Raisin Bran(it was Fire!!) I then talked to Rachel at the front desk about area attractions. She was also friendly and helpful and suggested the Henry Doorly Zoo, saying “You’ll spend hours there”(She was right!!)The next morning, I told Rachel how much I appreciated the customer service, loved the zoo, and asked about a day two attraction. Grace(one of the sales managers and also very friendly) suggested the Old Market Passageway, which is a quaint underground area with shops and a restaurant(something I would have never thought to explore but was cool). Then Rachel said the Durham Museum was good, too. I then left my bags behind the desk before I went out for my last day.

Once again, the customer service given by Stephanie, Rachel and Grace was excellent. I need to mention that in the morning on my first day, I had a problem getting my door closed and Rachel was on the spot, sending up a handyman right away and alerting housekeeping to make my bed. When I came back at night, both issues were solved!

The Homewood Inn is close to downtown Omaha and across from the Charles Schwab Stadium(Home of the College World Series). The public transportation is good in Omaha(especially if you’re on foot). Make the Homewood a priority for your next stay!

Amazing
Pros:

Down town Omahas was great had the 3 bed double room everything was clean and the staff was outstanding we will definitely stay again.

Very nice staff, big, clean room, great experience.
Pros:

Tasty breakfast with tortillas & fillings!

Cons:

Poorly functioning valve to push water from tub to shower, more than half the flow remained to the tub. Also, being on the top floor led to a very uninspiring shower...drip, drip, drip.

The woman at the front desk the one that was there on my check in day 8/2/2025 was AMAZING!! Customer service was just TopNotch, now after her was ok she kept making keys to the wrong room like 30 minutes OK OK yeah yeah

Excellent hotel; however, disappointed in the sheets.
Pros:

Our room size was amazing.

Cons:

Our sheets didn’t fit in our bed and kept popping off the corner. The sheets were also very rough and itchy.

I feel that this will be our first choice when staying in Downtown Omaha from now on.
Pros:

Very convenient location for great restaurants, entertainment, and close to the airport. It was clean and our king suite room was spacious and had excellent accommodations. The lady working the front desk was so kind. She even went to the kitchen to get us hot water and hot chocolate packets for us to enjoy before bed.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.
