Absolutely outstanding, super choice, quality offering. Everything and more. Staff were fabulously helpful. Gold stars all round!

Clean comfortable great food
Pros:

Reception was really welcoming and friendly. Room was newly carpeted and so fresh and clean. Very comfortable. Shower was amazing. Restaurant was excellent. We had a great meal both nights.

Cons:

Online check in was pointless as still had to queue for room key.

Very good hotel, but a very disappointing swimming pool area
Pros:

Good location near tram, spacious room, comfortable bed, spotless bathroom.

Cons:

A spa should be calm and relaxing, but that was not our experience at Novotel. We went at 15:30 and the pool area was very noisy, with children shouting and jumping in. We informed reception, but nothing changed. We tried again at 21:00 hoping it would be quieter, but it was the same situation. We booked this hotel for the spa, and unfortunately, we never got to enjoy it

Pros:

Novotel Edinburgh Park is a fantastic hotel. Rooms are great and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend. Location is an easy tram ride from outside hotel into Edinburgh. We were checked in by Wason who is a credit to hotel. Friendly and very informative about area and hotel facilities. She went out of her way to be helpful in any way. We were checked out by Daniela who is front desk manager and also a credit to hotel. She gave us advice on future bookings and was also so friendly. Great experience all round and will definetly be back at this hotel

Fantastic hotel situate an easy tram ride into edinburgh. Room was great and spotlessly clean. Got checked in by Wason who was first class. She was friendly and very informative. She is a credit to the hotel. On checking out we got Daniela the front desk manager who was also fantastic and gave us advice on future booking. She is also a credit to the hotel
