Not pleasant, rude staff and broken coffee machine
Pros:

Location and proximity to tram service.

Cons:

Staff member was rude and insulting to me and a fellow guest.
Executive room not worth the upgrade. Coffee machine didn’t work and bottle of water in fridge.

Staff went above and beyond to support my sons needs as he has autism, another lovely stay.

Great hotel for an Edinburgh short break.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Welcoming and helpful staff. Leisure facilities. Good location with easy access to the centre of Edinburgh in less than 30 minutes by tram.

Pros:

Friendly staff, rooms were immaculate. One of the best breakfast I have had. If ever I am up that way again I would definitely stay here. Highly recommended.
