Pros:

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet zwischen Flughafen und Innenstadt. Die Tram-Station war zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung mit einem Pool und kleinen Fitnessraum war auch ein großes Plus. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich und die Zimmer gut ausgestattet.

Pobyt bardzo udany!!!
Pros:

Pobyt w hotelu naprawdę bardzo udany! Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Pokoje czyste, dosyć przestrzenne. W pokoju lodówka i codziennie uzupełniany mini-barek (łącznie ze śmietanką do kawy :) Personel bardzo miły i pomocny.
Śniadania pyszne i jest w czym wybierać (nie tylko fasolka i bekon)! Lokalizacja hotelu jak dla nas bardzo ok - blisko lotniska. A zaraz przy hotelu przystanek tramwajowy i autobusowy z których szybko można się dostać do ścisłego centrum.
Basen nie jest bardzo duży ale w zupełności wystarczający (a w nim cieplutka woda :) Dwa rodzaje sauny - sucha i mokra.
Szczerze polecam hotel! My na pewno przy kolejnym pobycie w Edinburgh znowu zatrzymamy się w hotelu NOVOTEL :)

Cons:

Jedna rzecz - niedomykające się do końca okno :/ Nie jest to nowy hotel, więc pewne rzeczy mogą wymagać drobnych napraw.

Customer service is not this hotels priority when they close bar area without informing guests prior to booking
Pros:

The property had a booking on Saturday which meant that facilities for the other guests such as bar where out of bounds. The fact that we were not advised prior to booking was extremely poor considering we were also a large booking. Perhaps the function room could have been used ??? Or offered to the other guests but instead we felt like an inconvience…..very poor

The bar closing at 9:30!! Yes 9:30
One of the reception staff was rude she just shouldn’t work in hospitality.

Good Location, clean, well appointed and the breakfast was excellent.
Pros:

The staff were pleasant and welcoming, the room was clean, well appointed and bigger than expected. the breakfast was excellent and had a lot of chose. location was good, easy to access and find, links to the city centre were excellent with the tram stop being a few minutes walk away.

Cons:

Car parking was an additional charge which wasn't really clear when booking. Soundproofing of the room from the train and tram lines wasn't a good as expected, being that they would have been there when the hotel was built. The mattress was very firm so may not suit all visitors.
