The bathroom floor was not clean as it had hair on it.

Everything was great - room was pretty big, clean, with kettle and coffee machine. They serve classic scottish breakfast as well as cereals, jams, cold meats and cheeses, so we chose a different breakfast every day. Very polite staff and very close to tram and train stations to the airport and city center.
The hotel has its own parking, available for an additional fee per night so we had to pay that extra. The hotel is excellent, but all in all a bit too expensive.
Helpful staff. Happy there was parking at facility and that restaurant was still open close to 9pm so we could eat after our flight arrived! clean rooms. beds could be softer [ many mattresses hard in UK].
Didnt see where to pay for parking. Would be nice to just have it included in price of hotel and not deal w paying separately. mattresses could be softer. Everything else was great.
Right beside a tram stop that takes you into Edinburgh or the Airport. Room was spotless and the beds so comfortable. The staff were so friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel has a small gym and pool which is a plus from us. Room was clean. Parking was at a discounted rate of £10 which was good if you plan to bring a car to Edinburgh.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable I had a pressure pain in my thigh the next day. Mirror in bedroom could have been bigger at dressing table. Looked like an afterthought.
A great hotel, lovely staff and good facilities, swimming pool a nice bonus! Extremely well connected with tram stop just outside hotel. Quiet room.
