Great location, right next to tram stop which takes you into the centre of Edinburgh. We were upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise, it was very comfortable and spacious. Fantastic breakfast. All communal areas were well maintained, we didn’t have time to use the leisure facilities but they looked great.
Location- perfect for getting into Edinburgh without paying exorbitant parking costs.
Not the property’s fault so much, but a coach load of kids on a rugby tour meant the pool was crazy busy and not fun for adults winding down after a busy day!

The hotel is very easily approached by tram from/to the airport and from/to the centre.

Service is exceptional. Valentin was on the Reception Desk when we arrived. His warm smile made us feel so welcome Valentin gave us all the information we required.
We had a small problem later in the evening and had to move rooms. Valentin went above and beyond to rectify the issue promptly.
