I’d left my purse and cards in my case and my sunglasses , when I returned home they were missing. I had not taken them

Loved the hotel, location and room, very clean, lots of space

Cons:

Room seri is was poor, needed a meal and found it hard to navigate. Went to reception, man waiting for a pizza said I’d probably have to shout to get someone to come I did that, they came and it was as if I’d disturbed them. Food choice was poor…didn’t order ends up ordering in.

Great hotel but understaffed?
Pros:

Staff that were there were great. Really friendly and helpful. A great pool, sauna and steam room.

Cons:

Changing rooms of the pool were in poor state. Shower in the pool had broken switch, hooks missing from changing room doors. I understand it's a wet room but the floor was very wet. Mats would have helped as floor was very slippery. The restaurant was understaffed and the menu was limited. Staff said they were backed up, but the restaurant was empty?

Κοντά σε μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς, ωραίο πρωινό

Cons:

Είχα κλείσει διαμονή με πρωινό και βραδινό. Όμως ως προς το βραδινό δεν υπήρχε ενημέρωση ούτε αμεσω σάιτ ούτε από τους υπαλλήλους στο χώρο για το τι μενού δικαιουμαστε, αν πρόκειται για α λα καρτ ή μπουφέ ή κάτι άλλο. Πήγαμε και τα δύο βράδια στο εστιατόριο κατόπιν κράτησης μέσω της ρεσεψιον, αλλά εξυπηρετήθηκαμε μόνο εν μέρει λόγω φόρτου εργασίας, όπως μας ενημέρωσαν, στην κουζίνα.
