Para ser un hotel de una buena cadena, se me hace ofensivo que cobren el estacionamiento, sobretodo si el hotel esta sobre la carretera. Por la parte de enfrente tienen pocos cajones y no es seguro dejar tu coche ahi, si es que encuentras disponibilidad. Entonces debes estacionarte en la parte de atras, pero tiene costo.
Por otro lado no tenian nuestra habitación lista, siendo que ingresamos a las 6pm. La que nos dieron por la premura estaba en el 1er piso y el baño era de puerta corrediza, con mucha falta de privacidad para la familia. Mucho ruido de los vecinos de piso. Para tener una de las tarifas mas caras de la zona, la experiencia es muy mala. La gerente Lozano tiene mas interes en cobrar el estacionamiento que en que los huespedes tengan una buena experiencia.
