Good hotel-beware of dogs
Pros:

The hotel is overall very clean. Breakfast was good. The water pressure on the shower was great and the water gets very hot. The breakfast and housekeeping staff was very friendly and kind. The pool was warm despite not being listed as a heated pool.

Cons:

The tub is very tiny, the pillows have no support whatsoever. The hot tub had a fair amount of debris and only had 2 jets working. There was no ice bucket in our room, just inconvenient. The only actual bad part about the entire stay was that there were dogs across the hall the entire time. Different dogs too, like they purposely put the dogs there knowing right across is one of the most expensive rooms. (1 br king suite) so I had several unscheduled wake up calls (repeated growling and barking) from 630-830 am on our second night until I finally just decided to get up instead of trying to sleep in.

Pros:

Really nice property in excellent location. Huge room with small kitchen, huge comfortable bed, walk in shower. Cleaned every day. Good breakfast included in price. Nice clean pool, guests BBQ and mini golf. Great staff, polite, friendly and helpful.

We stayed at a Homewood suite in Orlando last year and it was awesome, maybe because it was new and everything was updated. So I thought maybe all Homewood suite were the same. Nope this one in Ocala Florida was terrible. It was old. We found 4 Q-tips in the unfold able coach. Ewww. It was disgusting.

Pros:

Went for our nephews graduation. Very clean, room was a very nice size. Loved the fact that it has a kitchen with all the essentials needed. Will definitely stay here again when coming to visit

We chose this hotel because we wanted to stay some place with a nice pool and unfortunately the pool was the one thing that fell short.

Overall the room and common areas were in great condition, clean and welcoming. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was rather tasty with a good mix for everyone.

The pool was somewhat dirty and neglected beyond dumping plenty of chlorine into it. The hot tub was in disrepair and full of leaves. Right after we got into the pool a woman in a van pulled up and dropped her 6 kids off to swim. I'm pretty sure they were not staying at the hotel. The gate from the parking lot was unlocked so anyone could just wander in, and staff did not seem to do any policing of the outdoor amenities.

Other than the pool this hotel was very nice and wed stay again.
