Really great hotel
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were great. The room was clean and big enough.

Cons:

A bit of outside noise from 0430. I did have my window open due to warm temperatures and got disturbed by outside cleaning or similar. It wasn't loud enough to stop me getting back to sleep however.

Cheap and cheerful, get what you pay for.
Pros:

Property nice and clean and peaceful.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok,but could have done with bit more variety, the spa was a let down and needs refurbishing.

Fabulous location, full use of the facilities, the staff were polite and very welcoming.

Cons:

The toilet roll holder is located behind you in the toolet. You might want to revise that lol.

Only stayed a couple of nights, but was a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

I would be very useful to have a key drop off point as we left at 4-30 am and had to leave key in the room.

Lovely staff makes it all the better
Pros:

Staff were great and the facilities like the gym and pool excellent. I also thought the food was good although a little bit of a longer wait on the evening meal but that’s ok.

Cons:

A dirty towel waft left in my room from previous guest, hanging on bathroom door. Rest of room was ok though so silly mistake.

The location was excellent due to it being 10mins from our daughters house.

Cons:

The hotel was very dated and really needs a refurbishment.
The breakfast was dispointing, uneatable cheap sausages.
