Only stayed a couple of nights, but was a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

I would be very useful to have a key drop off point as we left at 4-30 am and had to leave key in the room.

The location was excellent due to it being 10mins from our daughters house.

Cons:

The hotel was very dated and really needs a refurbishment.
The breakfast was dispointing, uneatable cheap sausages.

Lovely staff makes it all the better
Pros:

Staff were great and the facilities like the gym and pool excellent. I also thought the food was good although a little bit of a longer wait on the evening meal but that’s ok.

Cons:

A dirty towel waft left in my room from previous guest, hanging on bathroom door. Rest of room was ok though so silly mistake.

Great stay - will be staying again!
Pros:

This was a last minute booking as we wanted to explore the beaches and the roar kids theme park nearby - fantastic location for what we needed.

Its a very big hotel with a golf course and a driving range and we had booked the family room which was very big! Enough to sleep a group of 5! Rooms were clean and had everything we needed -ample towels, beds, fans for the heat, soap and shampoo etc.

The staff were great - all very welcoming and kind.

Will definitely be staying here again and I would recommend.

Overall very nice comfy stay and the staff were very lovely too
Pros:

Very nice grounds and well maintained building

Cons:

Rooms slightly outdated. Lack of usb sockets. Made it difficult for us to charge our devices on our unplanned stay. Had cables but no where to plug them in.
