Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The convenience of the parking. Very accessible to get in and out and the staff were amazing!

Cons:

I didn't like my room that was facing the very busy Broad Street but the staff were very accommodating when I needed to move so no issue there really. They were very kind about it.
Could use more fruit at the breakfast.

Enjoyed downtown area, but prepare to pay for parking
Pros:

We enjoyed the breakfast. We usually stay out on the east end of town so we enjoyed being in the downtown area. It is very close to Victoria Park, the central branch of the public library and the Cornwall Center mall.

Cons:

Parking is an extra cost which I did not know until after I had booked. After booking, I received a message that parking would be $10/vehicle per night but in fact it was $15/vehicle per night.

4.2/5 overall stay and 5/5 for customer service
Pros:

Well, basically it is a budget friendly hotel for a 1 night stay since we just visited regina for site visit purposes. I mean can’t complain because you get what you paid for. It’s literally in the heart of downtown and just behind cornwall mall. Kudos to their amazing staff for great customer service.

Cons:

Not having noise proof windows. We had a problem sleeping at night because we can hear police cars, ambulance, and car racers. Also the two opposite rooms have teenagers guests who have been running, shouting, and goofing along the corridor. It was noisy so I had to call the reception to tame them politely. Apart from that, the 1st room given to us were not cleaned properly as my husband saw a lot of hair when he checked the sheets. We reported it right away and we were given a new room but still has the same issue. The reception and housekeeping offered an apology and changed our sheets, that’s why we were impressed by the staff how they handled our concern. Kudos to the hotel staff. Those two ladies at the reception and also the housekeeping supervisor are accommodating, understanding, and helpful.
