Everything was clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good, kept clean and full. It was nice to be able to get coffee or tea to take up to my room upon returning from the hospital everyday.
The location
The sink on the bathroom did not drain, the bath tub was stained. Our check in was late and then once we were in our room. The door suddenly opens and another couple had been given the same room with their on keycard to open the door! The front desk was overwhelmed but they should have made sure to staff up since there was a football game that night which is always a popular event in Regina
The bed sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable.
The hotel is outdated, the carpets are dirty. At breakfast time there was only one staff member that took care of refilling the food, additional pair of hands would have been great.

The room was very nice, and it had a comfortable bed. It was quite and clean> It was close to the venue that we were attending so it clicked all the important boxes. The in-house included breakfast was better than most, with reasonable variety and plenty of space so you felt you didn't have to eat and rush out. We had friends staying there as well so we were able to enjoy breakfast together at our leisure.
The only thing as that the hotel was undergoing some repainting around the entrance exterior so it made it harder to register as we had to use that entrance. After registration we had a key card so we could use the side entrance after that. Parking was also an additional $15.00/night.
The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.
The breakfast was basic at best. The parking was, shall I say, interesting and we were charged for our spot.

Location, access from points in city, walkable to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast included.
For a weekend, which would typically be busy the gal had a hard time keeping up with breakfast. But she was polite and pleasant.
Comfortable room and great staff
Clogged bathroom sink, staff did their best to unclog and offered another room.
Was only a 2 night stay so used tub faucet for the last morning.
In the city proper
I did not like the 3pm checkin time is quiet long
Location was good and it was clean, lots of space for guests at breakfast, good breakfast
Parkade was difficult to manage the door, elevator was slow (we stayed top floor) to come and go
The location of this facility was very close to our selected entertainment allowing for walking there.
No negatives on this stay.
