Excellent
Pros:

Comfortable and very stylishly presented hotel room, excellent breakfast, friendly and welcoming staff. Cleaned every day, including bedding and towels when requested. Great location, with easy access of Guangjijie Metro station. The free laundromat service is a bonus too. Would completely recommend

Cons:

As other reviews have commented, the swimming pool is shared with the general public & was quite busy on the evening I went. A minor point, otherwise everything first rate!

Modern hotel within historic centre of Xi'an
Pros:

The location of this modern hotel is excellent within the historic center, right next to the muslim quarter and walking distance to bell/drum towers. We really liked the breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean, good size and with the nice view on the city. As a family we appreciated ability to do laundry for free.

Cons:

Sometimes it was difficult to communicate in English. The swimming pool required swimming caps which we had to buy. And they would not allow small children into the pool.

Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Special thanks to the lovely front desk staff member, Miss Xing, for providing such outstanding and attentive service. The room was spacious, bright, spotless, and very comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the metro station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

Ok for location but can improve overall stay experience.
Pros:

Location is good; near the old town: walking distance of bell tower and Muslim quarter

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better. They claimed there is a swimming pool, but actually it’s in a different building through a back door and is not exclusive to hotel guests. The rooms are clean but very old.

Location was brilliant - right beside metro and Bell and drum tower and Muslim quarter. Room had great and breakfast was lovely. Great value

Convenient location and comfortable rooms. There was a heavy storm ( later we learned it was an exceptionally strong typhoon) during our first night and the roof started leaking ( we were on the last floor). Water was dripping from the ceiling straight into our suitcases. Next morning we were given new rooms. Breakfast was good and varied
