Pros:

The receptionist John Yang was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby area and cafe for evening meal and breakfast was beautifully appointed. The food provided was good.

Pros:

Hotel is large and beautifully decorated. The rooms were good size and clean. Bed was very good. Staff were so helpful.Buffet breakfast had really good selection. Also had a free self service laundry.

Cons:

A hotel that size could use another laundry room. Only 3 washing machines.

Pros:

L’emplacement central. Tout est accessible à pied.
Bon petit déjeuner avec du choix

Cons:

Bruyant. Aucune insonorisation entre les chambres. Nous entendions les discussions jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Les chambres méritent d’être rafraîchies car vieillissantes. Porte salle de bain qui ne ferme pas.

Brilliant hotel
Pros:

Out room was incredible. The bed was super comfy and there were plenty of amenities. The room was on the 10th floor which definitely seemed more modern than other floors in the hotel.
The location was excellent, right next to the Muslim quarter.
The breakfast was great and although we didn't try the other restaurants, we heard good things from friends.
The free laundry was also a godsend!

Cons:

The room service staff were all so lovely but did tend to ignore do not disturb signs.

Location and quality overall good

Cons:

We come at around 3.00-3.30 pm to check-in and staff asked us to wait for one more hour to wait as the room is not ready yet. They reason was that they had late check-out. Quite surprising.

Great value, great location, nice staff
Pros:

Amazing room provide for us with two kids, it was decorated almost like a day care.

Cons:

Everything was good, from time to time you could smell cigarette in lift or corridors, but I don't think Hotel management could do much about it.
