Good location and staff
Pros:

Great breakfast, good room, speedy service. Appreciated staff members named Rainbow and Spring.
Great location near the metro which had easy links to all tourist spots and Muslim quarter with excellent rooms

Cons:

The pool is not actually in the building whilst guests can access through crossing a closed side street it does mean it is open to the public and can be crowded.

Nice stay, very good location
Pros:

The hotel looks very nice and has all facilities needed. It is very comfortable and is located next to the Muslim Quarter, Drum and Bell Towers, and very close to a lot of restaurants and small shops.
The breakfast has wide range of options.
It also has a self-laundry with 3 washing machines.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Hotel staff were helful.
Shower was in the bathtub which needs upgrading as the tiles looked really old.
The water pressure wasn't good.

Pros:

Amazing location, very close to the muslim quarter and restaurants and shopping areas. Very helpful staff and clean room. I reported problems with room and it was dealt with very quickly

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Great location with street markets and other shops and restaurants within walking distance. There’s a service to organize transfers and tours in the hotel which we used to go see the Terracotta warriors.
Overall it was a pleasant stay
