I would like to thank Reception Manager Jerry Zhao (赵彦博) for his excellent service during our stay.
Jerry was always kind, friendly, and ready to help. He even helped us with an online order that was delivered to the wrong address and did his best to solve the problem. His support made our stay much easier and more comfortable.
We really appreciated his professionalism, patience, and positive attitude. Thank you, Jerry, for making our stay so pleasant!

If we visit Xi'an again, will definitely stay in this hotel.
Pros:

Staff in this hotel is amazing. Everybody was welcoming and keen to learn about our needs. IN PARTICULAR, Ms. Chang Chun was very helpful and welcoming all the time. Rooms were very clean and MORE IMPORTANTLY, extremely noise proof. We did not hear any outside sound from inside the room. Also, no smoke smells in the rooms.
