The staff were so lovely, and always asking if there was anything they could do for you.
Plenty of room in the large and well-lit car park.
Spacious room.
Lovely evening meal.

Cons:

Compared to the evening meal the breakfasts were a bit disappointing - the choice seemed to be full English or veggie English (whereas there were lots of choices for evening meals). Some of the items were not that hot.

Wonderful staff especially Tony and Sarah , can’t fault this beautiful boutique hotel
Pros:

Tony was wonderful and attentive as a host making sure all our needs were met
Sarah gave the best Deep Tissue massage to myself and my sister. Highly recommend her , it was the best massage I ever had . Slept like a baby all night . Also the food was of a very high standard . All in all a wonderful experience, will definitely book again

Fabulous, charming and very welcoming hotel.
Pros:

Charming hotel with well appointed large clean rooms. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The chaps who ran the hotel were totally charming and made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly stay again. Thankyou!!

Perfect location for commuting to Milton Keynes and surrounding areas
Pros:

Lovely little find in the rural part of Northampton.
Welcoming / friendly staff.
Room was lovely, clean and a very comfortable bed (important)
Breakfast was delightful and plenty of.
Easy to find and plenty of parking

Cons:

The spa was additional to use - which is very picky to say, because everything else was fab.
