Good place to stay. Just be aware that the AC unit is quite loud.
Pros:

The location is great, and the Hollywood sign is visible from the hotel. There are also many cafés and a Target nearby for shopping. The Walk of Fame in 20-30 minutes on foot. No parking fee.

Cons:

I am not sure how it was in other rooms but in ours the AC was extremely!!! noisy. It was turning on with a loud click so it was hard to sleep well.

The location was great. So close to target and a lot of restos. They have free parking as well.

Pros:

Posizione comoda per muoversi in città con/senza auto. Molto apprezzato il parcheggio gratuito dell’hotel, una rarità. Check-out (molto) tardivo, ma davvero veloce.

Cons:

Poca insonorizzazione: abbiamo sentito il vicino di sopra camminare, farsi la doccia etc. Prezzo assolutamente smisurato rispetto al servizio offerto, ma purtroppo in linea con la città.

Bon séjour malgré un environnement laissant à désirer

Bien placé géographiquement et présence d’un parking gratuit.

Cons:

L’environnement laisse à désirer. Tentes de clocharde et immondices dans la rue.
Pas de petit déjeuner sur place

Easy and convenient location, close to many tourist destinations.
Pros:

The location was very convenient to all our destinations. The beds were good and we slept well.

Cons:

My only issue was the hotel puts a $100 hold on your credit card for the length of your stay. Not that it was a huge issue, but it would have been nice to have some sort of warning from Booking.com.

Value for money
Pros:

Great location close to Hollywood and all local attractions, shops, laundry and views. Free parking but you must pay 100$ deposit. Rooms cleaned every day.

Cons:

The restaurant is closed and there is no coffee machine in the room. Fortunately there is 7/11 round the corner so you can get the coffee there:)

Pros:

La ubicación es estupenda: 20 minutos caminando al paseo de la fama, 10 minutos en coche a Universal Studios. Parquing gratis. Limpieza y cambio de toallas diario. Tiene nevera. Justo al lado hay un seven eleven, una lavandería y un burger king.

Cons:

Te cobran un depósito de 100$ aunque me los devolvieron al día siguiente del check out. La habitación tiene moqueta.
