If you’re looking for affordable functionality, this place is great! And free parking in this area is a huge plus!! We stayed here for an even near by and appreciated that’s it’s clean, spacey, with a lot to walk to (coffee, breakfast, lunch, liquor, shopping).
So, again a lot of walking to opportunities, but it’s a mixed location. Homeless camped around the area and not that clean streets, so depends on how sensitive you are to all that- we were fine. I mean, it’s Hollywood where there’s a mix of everyone living in one area with very different circumstances.
This hotels location is excellent, near to target, restaurant and cafes. Not only that, the staff were kind enough to let us park another vehicle for free despite I am willing to pay. Kudos. Really friendly staff. Also the parking in enclosed with security.

Although a motel type premises it is excellent as car parking in and around Los Angeles can be difficult and expensive
Limited food outlets in the near vicinity but there are sum within walking distance.
