Perfect location for a short stay
Pros:

Very close to all places of interest, bus stops and yet it there wasn’t much noise from the street.
Also hotel provided laundry self service and a shuttle to the harbour terminal.

Cons:

The building is a bit old and soundproofing isn’t the best but that about it.

Bien situado, cómodo y limpio
Pros:

Está bien situado, muy cómodo, con buen desayuno y personal muy amable.

Cons:

Nada. El único problema no fue con el hotel, fue con Booking, porque no pasó nuestra reserva al hotel, pero todo se soluciona rápidamente, gracias al personal del hotel.

NEVER AGAIN IN METROPARK MACAU
Pros:

Nothing to like,,,, aircon way too HOT staff giving us electric fan!!!! It was insane!!

Cons:

NOTHING TO LIKE !!!!! They don’t even give our breakfast and looking for the coupon when we check in at 2:30 in the morning the staff didn’t give us breakfast coupon .I booked the room woth bteakfast. All the receptionist 4 of them keep telling me let me fouble check Ma’am and it takes an ages to check ended up nothing! That was BULLSHIT!!!! So bad experience in Metropark Hotel in Macau that was April 12-14, 2026
