It was clean and close to shopping centre

Cons:

The staff reception on arrival rude , tv didn’t have Chanel’s reported several times one guy came never came back . Housekeeping on the last day didn’t do servicing I phoned three times for just towels and toilet paper and at 5pm after the 3rd phone all a man came and was soooooooo rude he almost threw the towels at me said nothing and left . He was around the grounds always in a bad mood . Staff cleaning gym bad mood also . The guy at check-in snatching my card out room wasn’t ready and in return after 2pm we were asked had we been called and we said no . The lady lent over and whispered into new staff ears this was uncomfortable and extremely unprofessional. Very awkward we avoided reception we called from our room

The location and the pool of course.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, letting us check out late.

Cons:

The pool was freezing cold - recommend solar heating.
3 bedroom apartment needs maintenance eg the plantation shutters and bifold doors, the toaster needs changing, the ensuit bathroom shower water didn't drain well, the air conditioning had mold needs thorough cleaning. The whole apartment needs thorough cleaning.

Very good and exceptional
Pros:

Pools were great but water was too cold. We spent much of our time in spa and most of the people too. They should put more hot water spa for winter visitors.

Cons:

Bathroom in room B have few things broken in it which needs fixing. Room A needs some work on the shutter blinds in lounge and bed room. Overall cleaning and comfort is good.

The facilities and cleanliness

Cons:

During the second day of our stay, our main room was mistakenly allocated to another family and keys were issued to them. This was eventually sorted out after we raised it with reception.
We were also informed that the second room assigned to us had been allocated to another guest who was yet to check in. Although the reception team reassured us that everything had been corrected, the situation did leave us feeling somewhat uneasy—particularly overnight, knowing there had been overlapping allocations and our child was sleeping in second room.
While we appreciate the team’s efforts to resolve the issue, the experience did affect our sense of comfort and peace of mind during the stay.
Had there been no issue like this, I would habe rated the hotel abaolutely highest.
