Wouldn’t recommend
Cons:

The staff were rude and not accommodating what so ever, had problems with our room and were treated like we were the problem. Upon further reading of reviews the same employee has numerous bad reviews. Don’t know how this place made it on luxury escapes website

It was great - anniversary weekend away was well spent and the restaurant was lovely! We will definitely come back as it
Pros:

The water! It was amazing however majority of the swim up wouldn’t be great for kids to get and out of - more ladders or steps are needed

Cons:

The rooms do need a little bit of an update - our room had broken planatations shutters and the deck could use some fresh furniture

Really comfortable bed & great pool, but everything else in need of an upgrade.
Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable - one of the best we’ve had over the month of travelling.
It was just a single night stopover on our way back to Sydney so location & parking were great.
We didn’t use the pool, but it looked great and was huge.
Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The room layout wasn’t great - walking through the kitchen area to get to the bathroom, and it was located beside an external access door which was noisy (Room 16)
The bathroom was very cramped (had both a bath & a shower in a small space and the shower leaked water all over the bathroom room floor.
The hotel’s hallway carpets are wrinkled up in various places - the hotel/rooms could do with an upgrade.
