Rooms were clean, hygienic, But what stole the show was Food quality and taste. However breakfast can have more options. What made it a delightful stay was the service provided by Front desk team and f&b team. Shoutout to Nainesh, Rekha, & Rajat for their service.

I recently stayed at the Central Park Hotel in Pune, and it was a genuinely pleasant experience. The property is well‑maintained, clean, and located conveniently close to key city areas, which made commuting very easy.

Rooms: 
The room was comfortable and spacious, with all essential amenities provided. Housekeeping was prompt and ensured everything stayed neat throughout the stay.

Service: 
The staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. Whether at the reception, restaurant, or housekeeping, everyone made sure that guests felt well taken care of.

Food: 
The breakfast spread was good with a nice variety to choose from. The quality and taste of the food were satisfying, and service at the restaurant was efficient.

Facilities: 
Common areas were clean and well kept. The ambiance of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.

Overall: 
A reliable and comfortable stay with great service and good value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Pune!

Had a very pleasant stay at Center Park Hotel. The room was excellent, very clean, including the washroom. The location near Bund Garden is very convenient, and the overall ambience and breakfast were great.

Special thanks to Mr. Nainesh, Hospitality Manager—an amazing person who personally escorted me to the room and was very helpful during breakfast as well. His courtesy truly stood out.

One small feedback: the guest policy post 6 p.m. felt a bit rigid for business travelers. A brief professional meeting was not allowed inside the room, and the interaction at reception could have been handled more smoothly. The hotel may consider revisiting this policy for corporate bookings.

Overall, a great experience. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Pune
