Pratique
Pros:

Nous sommes restés qu’une nuit. Très pratique car proche du Zénith de Nantes. Il fait une voiture pour se rendre en centre ville. L’hôtel a un parking. Très bon accueil et un bon déjeuner buffet le matin.

Mauvaise période ....canicule .le 5eme étage était irrespirable malgré les petits ventilateurs, nous ne pouvons pas objectivement mettre des commentaires, ce serait sans doute très bien avec la climatisation.

La situation géographique à côté de la salle de concert parfaite

Cons:

Le vigile qui nous demande de ne plus utiliser la terrasse après une certaine heure alors que nous avions demander l autorisation avant. Nous ne faisions pourtant pas de bruit.

nous sommes des clients habituels et nous réservons à chaque fois cet emplacement. Parking souterrain payant est un plus pour nous malgré les places à l'extérieur qui sont tout aussi bien

Location: next to city tramway which makes the city center close.

Cons:

Breakfast: very few options for the price. I saw scrumbled eggs once, sliced fruit once, always same variaty of bread and no 'homemade' cake.
Breakfast fees: I paid a higher feeds than I should - but they have refunded me.
Early check-in: I've asked for an early check-in at 9a.m.. and they accepted by a price. I arrived at 10a.m. the room was not ready, i had the room at 11a.m. and I've paid more for the early check-in than what was communicated to me.
Cleaning: you have to hang the sign if you want the room to be cleaned.
Facilitites: my room would not close the door unless i would insert and remove the card and the staff told me to improvise like that...
