Stayed here during my pilgrimage for Aqours. This hotel is pretty much in the center of the town and close to everything. Staff is super friendly and my room was pretty spacious competed to other room in other hotels. Also their breakfast menu is pretty good quality and variety wise. Thank you staff as well for embracing Aqours, you all made staying at the hotel an amazing experience because of that.

全般的に施設に古さを感じる
施設内の地下にある駐車場は今の車には狭い
施設の創りや内容は良く、昔は敷居の高いホテルだったと思われる
ホテル周辺も閑散としていたが川沿いを歩くと気持ちがいい
時期にも寄ると思うがリバービューより富士山が見える部屋がオススメ

ホテル自体はとてもいいホテルだと思います。
ただ、残念な点がありました。
お部屋ベッドがとても埃っぽく、ハウスダストアレルギーを持った家族にすぐ反応が起きてしまいました。
特に肩回りや顔が酷かったのでいろいろ調べていたら枕カバーの裏面にカビっぽい黒シミが数か所出来ていました。
たまたま私たちが宿泊させていただいたお部屋が普段あまり使われていなかったお部屋だったのかもしれません。
その点が残念なところですが、それ以外はとてもいいホテルだと思いました。

フロントの方の駐車場対応がとても親切で走って車に乗ってる主人を案内していただけて、すんなりチェックイン出来ました。
山側で期待していなかったのですが、富士山が見えて嬉しかったです
