Bed Bugs
Pros:

Good Location that’s it

Cons:

The bed had beg bugs and the room was not that clean. I went to sleep and woke up around 11pm and noticed there were bed bugs so I packed all of my stuff up and got out of that room. I requested a refund or even a discount, but still have not heard back. Ended up sleeping in my truck for a cost of about $100 so great value here.

my expectations not met.
Pros:

we stayed a week and i asked for housekeeping for the room, never showed up. at least to throw out the trash. or fresh towels. only offered 1 time during our stay.

Cons:

sticky floors, washer and dryer, were not working. the expectations of housekeeping would be honored.

Wonderful experience while traveling with a child and pet
Pros:

Everything went so smooth with check-in. We truly enjoyed the indoor pool. It was very well maintained. The staff was incredible also

Truly have no complaints, I would say maybe more food options

Not ADA compliant
Pros:

When we reached the hotel, they did not have working elevators. This is not ADA compliant. We did not stay. The night shift person didn’t even care that their facility was not in working order. I had to wait 3 days to find out if they were going to refund my money for not staying. Which was a huge problem having money tied up with no way to access it.
