The pool is sometimes used for swimming lessons (check for times). Guests can still use the pool at these times. Children are welcome to use the swimming pool until 19.30. The outdoor pool is heated and accessible at the weekends throughout the summer months and is weather dependent.
If guests wish to dine in the restaurant for an evening meal dinner reservations are required. Please note that children aged 5 and over will be charged for breakfast and dinner as taken if they are not on an inclusive package.
Guests will be required to present the payment card used to make the reservation upon check in. Failure to present the original card will result in the deposit payment being refunded back to the original card and a new charge being taken from the card presented at the hotel.
If guest wishes to pay with cash, photo ID is required, either a passport or drivers license. This must be presented alongside the payment card used to reserve the room.
Dogs are only allowed permitted in certain rooms (sea facing and on the garden level), this is subject to availability and by prior arrangement. You must contact the property if you wish to bring a dog; there is an additional charge if you are bringing a dog. Please note that not all room types can accommodate dogs and that dogs are not permitted in areas where food is served or in any of the leisure/pool areas.

We payed for a superior sea view room but our view was completely obscured by trees and ruined . We asked to change rooms and were given exactly the same view from the floor and room immediately below the other one . Utterly ridiculous.

We had a really good room on the fourth floor with great views out over Torquay, Very spacious with a seperate lounge, very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and the staff were generally very attentive.
Overall the hotel was in good order but begining to feel a little tired in places. The large windows to the balcony in our room were not able to be opened, I suspect for good safety reasons, but it would have been nice to be able to use the balcony in some way.

Very loud door banging all the time next door and couldn't keep the outside doors open due to lots of flies coming in.

I arrived early and popped into the front office just to confirm that I could park my car in the car park. I was met by a very friendly lady to instant checked and send.my room was ready. I was 3 hrs early and never expected this. They honestly couldn't have been more helpful or friendly
The only thing that I could find that i would of liked changed was number and.locations of the plug sockets in the room. It would have been great to have a socket by the bed. This is such a small thing and in now way dampened a fantastic hotel and stay.
Sea view and central location

The location of the hotel was perfect for access to the town.
Whilst there was nothing wrong with the hotel, it was quite dated. You could see it was clearly past it's heyday.
Stayed here for valentines weekend with my husband. It was a lovely room had everything we needed staff were super friendly.
