Please note to avoid overcrowding in our swimming pool, especially during weekend, Bank Holidays and all school holidays, we operate an hourly booking system. Children are allowed in the pool from 8.30 – 11.30 AM and 3 – 7 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekend and bank holidays. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by adults. The last entrance to the pool is 45 minutes before closing time. Contact the property directly to reserve pool access

The front of house staff was amazing

Pros:

Room was a good size and mostly quiet, good facilities on site and lots of parking. Staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

Walk to room from the car park could be very long as the lower car parks were often full. Feels dated and quite soulless due to it being so large and a conference venue.

Pros:

It was a hot day, no air conditioning. We didn’t sleep. Had to cool down through the night in a cool bath and lay damp towels over us.

Pros:

Thank you so much for upgrading us to the bigger room. Allround excellent. So comfy bed and wonderful breakfast.

We had a lovely overnight stay in comfort - breakfast had loads of options.
Pros:

Room was very clean and perfect for the three of us and breakfast was a hit with everyone of all ages.

Cons:

Could have had air con.. we did use the fan as even though it wasn't a very hot day it was still very warm in the rooms.
