Please note to avoid overcrowding in our swimming pool, especially during weekend, Bank Holidays and all school holidays, we operate an hourly booking system. Children are allowed in the pool from 8.30 – 11.30 AM and 3 – 7 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekend and bank holidays. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by adults. The last entrance to the pool is 45 minutes before closing time. Contact the property directly to reserve pool access

Bath was very slippery- no bath mat provided.
Big conference hotel. Rooms were a good size.
Our room had not been cleaned properly prior to our visit. There were un-hoovered crisps on the floor. There is no concierge so maintenance had to help with our luggage on request. The breakfast room was too small considering the amount of guests - only one food station which means breakfast done was chaos. There were not enough swimming slots. The hotel did not have a clean feel and there was an unsavoury damp smell. We had dinner in the restaurant and my salmon was overcooked and bland.
The room was very comfy and huge. The spa was really nice and clean. The staff were very friendly.
Its a beautiful hotel and the buffet breakfast was delicious.
Can't complain.
The Spa facilities
Our room had no Air-conditioning and it was a very warm spell !! Only were provided with a desk fan which was useless! Why would your hotel not have Air-conditioning?? It's the basic these days in all hotels! Not acceptable in this heat and not worth the money we paid for. We should be comfortable in our hotel rooms and not baking in the heat!

Beautiful scenery, nice location, lovely skylight focal area. Dinner at the bar was amazing made from fresh, pricy but worth it. Busy with over 15 conference rooms in the hotel but orderly and clean. Informed them of a birthday and had a lovely sign on the mirror in the room on arrival - nice touch!
Staff left us waiting on arrival and seemed overwhelmed. Didn’t accommodate my request for disabled room for my Mum & acted as though I was causing an inconvenience to change her room - managed to get a ground floor room. No disabled room so had to shower in the changing room due to needing a walk in shower and unable to climb in the bath. You have to book before arrival for an hour slot in the pool and spa there was no warning about this some people didn’t get to use the facilities.
Staff and location was nice
Rooms were disgusting there was poo in the toilets as we checked in there’s stains all over the sheets plus no hair dryer when it states it does have one. We already moved rooms because of this but very horrible rooms
