Kindly note extra beds cannot be accommodated in the standard double rooms.

All additional food and beverages for children are to be paid on-site.

Please note to avoid overcrowding in our swimming pool, especially during weekend, Bank Holidays and all school holidays, we operate an hourly booking system. Children are allowed in the pool from 8.30 – 11.30 AM and 3 – 7 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekend and bank holidays. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by adults. The last entrance to the pool is 45 minutes before closing time. Contact the property directly to reserve pool access

Cons:

The place was clean.Staff were nice save for one duty Manager who was very nasty and made us feel we were a problem.
The conference and events Manager was brilliant.
He was there all the way.

Lovely hotel but check your room is not next to a ventilation unit

Appalling stay - everything that could go wrong did, they didn’t let us check in until 4 hrs after we were supposed to be able to do so, they gave us the wrong room (despite confirming that we would have the requested room), it was very slow to get anything sorted, unable to even use the leisure facilities whilst wasting for room (there were several people in our same situation). Poorly managed and very disappointing.

It’s Really convenient to Heathrow terminal 2&3, 4 and 5
Pros:

It was really convenient, only 5 minutes walk in to town and to the central tube station. The property had their own private parking spaces and also there were public parking spaces available outside of the hotel. The room was nice and the spa facilities were just what we needed to relax. Also the staffs were really helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. And taking the tube to Heathrow terminal 2&3 is just 3 stops away.

Superb stay!
Pros:

This was my second stay there. This time they upgraded my booking to a lovely suite, they left me treats in my room and a few free drinks at the bar. Superb!

Cons:

All lovely. However, you do have to book the swimmingpool, but staff there are pretty accomodating. So, all in all, great.

Was offered a refund instead of helping solve the problem. Felt like it was a racial thing
Pros:

The manager was extremely rude and offered a refund instead of sorting the problem. She was rude to her staff in front of the guests. Wasn’t aware you have to book for swimming in advance and this has not been made clear

Pros:

The receptionists were all lovely, breakfast, the illy cafe - friendly staff, the bar - also friendly staff & room

Cons:

No air conditioner in the room, there was no water in the room , no fridge in the room & the calls to reception/kitchen were not picked up despite the fact room service was supposed to be 24/7.
The hot tub had sooo much chlorine that I had a headache & my eyes were burning just from sitting in it.
