All additional food and beverages for children are to be paid on-site.

Please note to avoid overcrowding in our swimming pool, especially during weekend, Bank Holidays and all school holidays, we operate an hourly booking system. Children are allowed in the pool from 8.30 – 11.30 AM and 3 – 7 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekend and bank holidays. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by adults. The last entrance to the pool is 45 minutes before closing time. Contact the property directly to reserve pool access

Easy access from M69 (less than a quarter mile)
Very friendly and helpful staff

Long weekend trip
Pros:

The staff were all so friendly . We have stayed at many hotels and the staff her from receptiom, cleaners, workmen, kitchen staff were all so happy and chatty.. a breath of fresh air

Cons:

The room on arrival was so.hot but soon sorted as we switched the heater off!

Staff were extremely friendly. A lovely lady carried my bag. One person on reception appeared racist when I had an African friend. He was embarrassed.Room

Great overnight stay
Pros:

Easy process checking in and out online. Rooms were clean and comfortable, lots of hot water and staff all friendly and helpful
Food was delicious

Cons:

Would've preferred semi skimmed milk in the room and a selection of tea .
Prices on drinks in the bar and service station were on the high side
