Kindly note extra beds cannot be accommodated in the standard double rooms.

All additional food and beverages for children are to be paid on-site.

Please note to avoid overcrowding in our swimming pool, especially during weekend, Bank Holidays and all school holidays, we operate an hourly booking system. Children are allowed in the pool from 8.30 – 11.30 AM and 3 – 7 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekend and bank holidays. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by adults. The last entrance to the pool is 45 minutes before closing time. Contact the property directly to reserve pool access

Cons:

I'm celiac and the options on breakfast looked a little underwhelming. Could have been a one off though and I'm sure if I asked they would have accommodated me but we were in a rush

OK for a quick overnight stop.
Pros:

Location. Breakfast. Most of staff helpful.
Bathroom and room good.

Cons:

No Aircon in rooms. Stifling and window had been left open prior to our arrival so even hotter than it needed to be.
Food in Triumph bar was mediocre and that’s being generous.
Bar staff complaining they were busy.
Attempting to serve Guinness with a four inch head on!!!

Didn’t find the experience was reflective of the cost of a nights stay
Pros:

Good location and nice clean hotel

Cons:

No draught lager after queuing for nearly 15 minutes to be served. Reception commenced serving me but then answered phone and left me stood waiting.

Lovely hotel, staff were amazing even when it was really busy, food was great. Room was too hot

Room was lovely, breakfast was amazing, staff were brilliant, helpful and jolly. I would recommend the hotel and stay again.

Cons:

Unfortunately booked the stay during a heatwave and our only complaint was the room was too hot. Communal rooms were cool so was able to cool down downstairs.

A good hotel
Pros:

We were there for 3 nights and had a good stay we had been upgraded which was very nice.Our room upgrade came in handy as we were meeting up with our grandkids.So there was a lot of room for them to play, as even though the hotel grounds are lovely.There was deep water areas in the grounds not suitable for young children to be near.
Breakfast was good, there was a table menu as well as the buffet where and you could order poached /boiled eggs etc.
We had room service, which was ok, the food was warm not hot but the food in the bar was excellent a good variety.The cost of drinks was not excessive, and they were happy to give you ice/ extra cups or glasses to take to our room.

Amazing facilities, great pool, great breakfast, comfy beds and quiet!
Pros:

Breakfast was great, the room was spacious and the beds were very comfy. Despite being on the main road, it was extremely quiet. The pool was absolutely amazing, even though there was a big group of teenagers and no real control.

Cons:

The extractor fan wasn't working in the bathroom and it was a bit stuffy, there could be more TP.
