Kindly note extra beds cannot be accommodated in the standard double rooms.

All additional food and beverages for children are to be paid on-site.

Please note to avoid overcrowding in our swimming pool, especially during weekend, Bank Holidays and all school holidays, we operate an hourly booking system. Children are allowed in the pool from 8.30 – 11.30 AM and 3 – 7 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekend and bank holidays. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by adults. The last entrance to the pool is 45 minutes before closing time. Contact the property directly to reserve pool access

Don’t stay with children
Pros:

The pool area

Cons:

That the pool area is not allowed to children after 5pm (last entry) and you have to book in advance. We would not have stayed if we’d known. As there was no availability. Only a few children per hour in a hotel this size and open to the public. Also advertise Marco Pierre white restaurant and even give vouchers at check in to use in the hotel with the Marco Pierre white mentioned and it shut last November!!

It made a good weekend memorable
Pros:

Almost everything Reception Staff very efficient and friendly giving and leaving a good impression

Cons:

The Breakfast was chaotic, mainly because of the sheer volume of people coming down at the same time
Considering how busy it was the staff coped quite well

Lovely stay for our anniversary
Pros:

We enjoyed the chilled experience as we have an autistic daughter so we have to go with how she feels and we ate breakfast on a quiet table as the staff let us eat out of the breakfast room

Cons:

The only thing is I didn’t book the swimming and check out was at 11 and the next swim session available was after 1 so we didn’t get a chance to use the pool
