Please note to avoid overcrowding in our swimming pool, especially during weekend, Bank Holidays and all school holidays, we operate an hourly booking system. Children are allowed in the pool from 8.30 – 11.30 AM and 3 – 7 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekend and bank holidays. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by adults. The last entrance to the pool is 45 minutes before closing time. Contact the property directly to reserve pool access

Everything js perfect and staff super friendly and helpful
Very clean and nice rooms
Cold rooms , I was there 1 hour early, reception girl was not very friendly and she didn’t let me pay and go early to my room
Majority of the staff were friendly, bed was pretty bouncy and cosy and the breakfast was not bad for the price
We arrived at the hotel around 10:30 p.m, even though I had reserved the room on booking.com hours in advance. When we got there, we had to wait at the reception for at least 40 mins, which was absolutely ridiculous. This was apparently because there was a conference taking place and many people had decided to stay last second, so the rooms might have been overbooked.
We were standing at the reception this entire time, while a staff member went to check whether any rooms were available, which was not what I expected from a four star hotel. When we were finally given a room, that staff member wasn’t professional at all. He simply handed us the key card for the room and went quiet without telling us which way to go. When he was asked what time check out was, he even had to double check with his colleagues, which shows how inexperienced he was.
After we got into the room, we found out that the silicone around the bathtub was covered in grime, which was absolutely disgusting. The sound insulation in the room was also horrible. The next morning at around 6ish, I was waken up by an alarm going off in the room next door, which absolutely ruined my sleep.
Considering the price we paid, the stay was NOT WORTH it at all!!! I WOULDN’T recommend this hotel !
