This area was horrible, and staff was very unpleasant.
Upon arriving there were police,and search dogs other property. I immediately contacted the hotel staff,and asked may I please cancel my reservation, and be refunded.
I was told to contact booking.com because It was a third party reservation.I received no response,from either party.

This property is located at a convenient location to stop by for a night when traveling long distances.
Everything seems good and clean, but there is a strong smell as soon as you get to the second floor rooms. Our room had a really bad smell. Very disappointing!
Decent breakfast, handicap bars in bath excellent, bed decent.
There is a musty mold smell in the hall and room.
Carpet is really dirty needs a good cleaning. This could help rid the musty smell.
Hidden fees, I was to there is a 50.00 incidental fee when asked what it was for she repeated "incidental" not a reasonable explanation. When I checked out I was told at this point there is a pet fee of 30.00 which was taken from the fifty and I was refunded twenty. Now why didn't the night agent tell me that instead of incidental fee. Your website just says pet friendly, nothing about $$ which should be disclosed.

Place stinks of pot. In the lobby, halls and in my non smoking room.
TV kept freezing. Couldn’t watch anything.

Me tuvieron 40 min para darme la llave porque les fallaba el sistema y tuvo que venir otra persona a arreglarlo. Me dieron una habitación que estaba sucia y me la tuvieron que cambiar. Perdí unos auriculares en la habitación que según el GPS todavia están en 1115 North Saint Antoine Street, Lafayette, Luisiana, EE. UU, y nunca se comunicaron conmigo para devolverlos cuando fueron encontrados, una verguenza
