Pros:

Le très grand lit de la chambre était effectivement un très grand lit et ultra confortable. J'ai beaucoup aimé que le gym soit accessible 24h. Le personnel était vraiment gentil et toujours à disposition pour nos besoin. A tout les jours, il y avait quelque part dans l'hôtel un employé qui nettoyait ou réparait quelque chose pour améliorer les séjours des visiteurs. Le stationnement est grand et gratuit. On peut se stationné partout autour de l'hôtel. J'ai adoré le fait que le thé et le café est gratuit et toujours disponible. Jaime aussi que la salle a manger soit aussi toujours disponible pour s'y asseoir ou manger. Jaime beaucoup la gestion de la piscine, max 10 personnes en même temps ET ils ont des jeux d'eau sur le bord de la piscine pour les tout petits.

Cons:

La piscine est un peu petite :(

Je n'ai pas aimé les déjeuner. Pas de fruits frais, juste en canne. Manquait continuellement de lait, de pain. Il y avait de l'eau dans les omelettes :( aucune garniture pour les gauffres sauf du sirop. Manque de place pour s'asseoir pour les dejeuner. On se plaît sur les pieds :(

Pros:

I loved the free fancy coffees any time of the day. The room was big and very clean. Taking the shuttle to old Quebec saved us $30 for a taxi. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was busy and a bit chaotic. I wish there was more room to move and sit.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner : salle de restaurant tres petite pour le nombre de chambres. Les viennoiseries n'étaient pas tres fraîches et la salade de fruits etait de la salade en boîte !

Pros:

Gutes Hotel mit ausreichend Parkplätzen. Lage ist gut, sodass mit mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten im Zentrum ist. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Nice people in the reception.
Very helpful and always very nice.

Cons:

Didn't like the cleaning very poor.
I have to do the bed every day in 5 night's that I was there.
And the day that they went there just take the garbage, left the towels and higienic out of places just on the top of the toilet.
Also in all this nights just did the bed once and didn't clean the floors and bathroom. Very bad cleaning.
I found the to small and in the picture seems bigger.
Didn't like the pool too.

Bon rapport prix/prestations pour faire en sorte que notre séjour se passe bien
Pros:

Très bel hôtel disposant de toutes les prestations permettant de faire en sorte que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleurs conditions. Bravo à toute l'équipe toujours à notre écoute. Les chambres sont assez bien isolées pour passer une nuit tranquille. Pour la piscine, pensez à vous inscrire dès votre arrivée pour avoir un créneau de 30 minutes ... comme pour la lingerie (gratuite). Le café, les jus de fruits et le chocolat chaud sont à disposition. ;-)
