Das Hotel ist super ausgestattet, wir hatten eine große Suite die ganze Familie mit ausreichend und sehr bequemen Betten, sauberem und modernen Bad. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Frühstücksraum obwohl modern und groß ist zeitweise etwas beengt, ein Nebenraum bietet aber zusätzlichen Platz.

Room offered was excellent and the jacuzzi was a real bonus. Staff were always helpful and nothing too much trouble. The 24/7 gym came in really handy and whilst small had all the key equipment I use. Also the free shuttle service into and out of Quebec came in really handy.
I had constant issues with the card key not working. This was despite the staff providing a new key or reactivating. The pool was on the small side but still better than nothing. I also felt the variety of breakfast items to be very limited, the first day there was ham as an option but this was unavailable for the rest of our stay. I thought there could be a wider variety of cold meats, tomatoes, etc. Maybe unfair as I'm comparing against UK hotels and this seems a standard offering in this part of Canada.

1-Horaire de la piscine on était à l’extérieur toute la journée et quand on arrive à l’hôtel la piscine est déjà fermée. Deux nuit on n’a même pas pu profiter
2- les chambres ne sont pas faite , les lits pas faits et la vaisselle sale pas ramassée

La habitación era muy cómoda, el baño era grande y todo estaba muy limpio y organizado, el desayuno tenía muchas opciones deliciosas y tenían una estación de café permanente con disponibilidad para café, chocolate y jugos.
