Rooms were a little over lit with lights off.

The room was nice and the breakfast was good.
A/C was broken in my room and it was hot. Ice machines on the floor were out of service. The hot tub was out of service.
We booked the hotel very late, and it had a room available. The room was large, comfortable. The bed was large, sort of soft, but OK to me.
The room was too hot, the AC unit was a very old equipment and make a lot of noise. We should have breakfast, since we need to check out early, around 6am, we asked 4 times to different service people that if the hotel can pack breakfast for us, but nothing happened. Nobody took care of this.
Extra sleeping space.
Couldn’t find a way to control the temperature. Also, I couldn’t find a fan in the bathroom.
I rebooked here cause i love the layout of the rooms and for a good price. breakfast included as well
nothing.
This is the 2nd time we stayed at this. Motel and we highly recommend it. We were here for a memorial service for my sister in law who was killed in a car accident on December 29th.. Everyone was friendly and very nice to us.
Its nice
The staff is rude
That day i didn’t feel well and the toliet got clogged i asked for maintenance nobody came i was stuck all night with no toilet and the next day when i got back from court my stomach was hurting and i asked the older white lady staff that was on my floor if she could open my door for me because i left my met inside and she said no i dont know if thats your room . She followed me down and up the floor after i had gotten my key. And i heard her talking to the staff behind the desk about me as i was checking out . I think this motel racially profiled me because they charged my card $250 for “smoking” when i dont smoke the only thing i left behind was a box of pizza and the clogged toliet that was clogged when i got there. I feel targeted.
The new look was amazing
Clean and ease of access
The front reception staff was excellent. "Kayleen" i think that was her name, was a sweetheart. She was ontop of everything we needed and helped us book for next weekend as well.
It was a very busy soccer tournament weekend so there were a lot of families staying there, too many kids unsupervised running down the halls and just knocking on doors. Hotel is also going thru remodeling and alot of unfinished stuff was seen in the room.
It was clean and newly renovated.
I didn’t like that I was “accidentally” charged $60. I also didn’t like that the suites don’t have any sort of divider between the living room and the bedroom. The rooms are kind of small, the sofa bed is also small and uncomfortable.
