No usamos la reserva (habitacion), no era lo que solicitamos,
Cons:

Buenos dias, laq Habitacion que se reservo no era la que se necesitaba, no hubo manera de cancelar y no se utilizo, se le informo a la persona del hotel que no queriamos la habitacion, nos menciono que tenia otras como la que necesitabamos y tampoco aceptó hacer el cambio y cobrarnos la diferencia.

Por lo que solicitamos la devolución de nuestro dinero de favor

We had a great experience and highly recommend this facility.
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was quieter than most hotels we stay at. The carpet had been recently replaced throughout the facility. The breakfast was very nice and had a decent selection with a very nice attendant. One thing that we particularly liked is the 24 hour coffee bar available for guests at no charge. The desk clerks on duty were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

We didn't have any negative experiences.

We would definitely stay again. We enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness.
Pros:

The hotel was very ascetically pleasing. Very clean and staff was really nice and accommodating.

Cons:

For breakfast, they ran out of some key breakfast items.
