Proximity to where I was attending
Lack of Control over thermostat. No WIFI or local information in room
Well maintained
It was close to the wedding venue.
No hot water. Dark rooms. No housekeeping.
Pleasant property, well located.
Nothing
Everything was great.
Proximity to conveniences.
Tv didn’t work the first night and no one showed up to fix it. Then we were told corporate tried to reset it after waiting over an hour
Barbara at the front desk was so pleasant and understanding. She did everything to make my stay amazing
Worth every penny!
The property itself was nice and presentable.
The rooms need a huge face lift and our room was filthy. When we first got there we found someone else’s sock which we let go because it’s a darker room and thought well maybe they didn’t see it. The room smelt like mold and when we went to take a shower someone else’s hair was all in the shower. I asked in the morning if staff could go in and clean the bathroom and they reassured me it would. We returned at 3PM and the bathroom was still not touched. There was a woman with a name that started with an M, very nice & stated she would send someone right down and she did. Only nice thing I can say.

Great
Stayed here for a weekend wedding in September 2025 and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Phil, who works the front desk is extremely short and does not exude hospitality, nor does anyone at the front desk. We had a standard room and the mattress had to be at least 10 years old, offered little to no support and was very uncomfortable. Other furniture in the room was ripped and frayed. $300+ a night for this hotel is robbery. Overall this property is depressed and in dire need of a major overhall and I'd stay away until so.
Room was very clean and looked like it had been updated, including the carpet! The front desk were fabulouse, nice, and very professional.
The bed and sheets were awful. The property desperately needs renovating. The couch seams were shredded.
Clean spacious rooms and friendly staff
Had an event in farmingdale so stayed at this hotel. Very conveniently located and staff was very friendly.
