Room very comfortable, but traffic noise woke me up.

Cons:

Frühstück sollte für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis besser sein (kein Kaffeeautomat, abgezählte Toastscheiben, Personal zählte das Trinkgeld und kam erst auf Nachfrage an den Tisch, um Bestellung aufzunehmen)

Gostamos bastante das refeições do bar e do pequeno-almoço. Muito bom. Todo o staff foi de uma simpatia sem fim.

Está bien pero no diría que es un 4 estrellas
Pros:

Excelente ubicación y vistas. Desayuno adecuado pero muy sencillo. Camas cómodas limpias. Se descansa bien de noche. Spa agradable aunque pequeño.

Cons:

El mobiliario aunque cuidado se nota antiguo. Diría que en algunas cosas es un 3 estrellas y en otras un 4.

There is no way this hotel should be considered a 4 star!
Pros:

The location is fantastic. The food was good. The nice staff were very helpful. Room was clean. Leisure centre is nice. Pool is clean

Cons:

The bedrooms are very dated and dont feel special. The beds and pillows were ok. The decor was drab and old. There is no air conditioning or no fridge in the rooms. Curtains dont pull properly across the window and let a lot of light in. The street noise (traffic and deliveries of kegs etc) and the curtains have no ability to block out any of the noise. The shower was terrible. You have to step into the bath and the shower mat doesnt stick properly. Hardly enough room to turn around in it. The shower head is fixed to the wall and the pressure was terrible. The system of getting your room cleaned is ridiculous. About 30 per cent of the staff are very rude (the rest were good.) The smell in one of the corridors was disgusting enough to make me want to vomit (and i was there for 6 nights and it didnt clear up) The lifts are a joke. The car parking spaces are so small i had to squash in my passenger door and open the sun roof so i could climb to the driver door. I spent 6 nights here with family also having rooms and similar problems. It cost around 200 euros per night and was definitely not worth that. I will not be returning to this hotel ever. It may be ok for 1 or 2 nights but the lack of sleep and general comfort is just not good enough for a longer stay. I did try to complain at check out but the receptionist was very rude and not listening to me so in the end i just wanted to get out of there!
