Séjour exceptionnel dans un endroit magnifique!!
Pros:

Toujours un service courtois souriant. Les travailleurs sur le terrain nous disent toujours Holà avec un gras sourire. La nourriture est excellente partout.

Cons:

Ce n’est pas que je n’ai pas aimé, mais il y a 10 ans le restaurant au bord de la mer était un buffet matin et midi. Il était plus facile de manger léger. Maintenant c’est un restaurant à la carte pour le déjeuner, le midi et le soir. Par contre la nourriture est très bonne

Voor herhaling vatbaar, te groot en omvangrijk om alles binnen 4 dagen te bekijken en zeer hoogwaardig om niet terug te
Pros:

De ruimtelijke opzet was geweldig, je liep elkaar nooit in de weg. Onze kamer lag direct aan het strand wat ook voor een verkoelende bries zorgde. De keuze qua restaurants en maaltijden was overweldigend en van top kwaliteit, op een enkele uitzondering na. De zwembaden leken wel zwem-meren , zo groot. Adults-only gaf de nodige extra rust. Er was veel wildlife op het park wat de sfeer en ambiance verder vergrootte. Personeel; merendeels zeer vriendelijk. Niets was te veel, alles kon of werd geregeld.

Cons:

Een enkele maaltijd was iets minder, maar gemiddeld van hoge kwaliteit.

Pleasantly surprised on how fun it was.

Believe the reviews of others . I have gone to other all inclusive resorts in the Riviera Maya for twenty years. This is my new go to resort,

My wife and I liked the age 30-70 age range. There was something to do for all adults in this huge resort. We plan on going back.

Small gym . Too small for a huge resort.

Uno de los mejores all inclusive de México
Pros:

Excelente lugar para ir a descansar, desde sus instalaciones y la amabilidad del personal, destacó la calidad de los restaurantes! Excelente la comida, los tragos!

We had a nice time but we wouldn’t come back.
Pros:

Here’s a view point of two introvert, non-drinking, 40-year-old Europeans.

Pros:
- super friendly, hospitable and attentive staff - consistently great service at every touch point
- Beautiful grounds and beach
- Wild life - the animals made it special
- Breakfast and lunch buffets were delicious, good variety - healthy options, but also lots of treats, local foods and much more
- We asked to change rooms on the first day and that went super smoothly, no hassle at all. We are not usually ones to complain about anything so for us to do that and everything going so smoothly was really big deal.
- The coffee shop was one of the best things about the resort.
- The Golden Pool. It was chill, mostly quiet, waiter service for drinks and snacks, not crowded, perfect for relaxing (unlike the main pool).

Cons:
- Dinners - we would have preferred a dinner buffet over all the separate theme restaurants. The quality of the restaurant food was lower than the breakfast and lunch buffet. The food at the ”Asian” restaurant was honestly bad and nothing like we have ever eaten in Asia, the menu descriptions didn’t match what was brought to us. The restaurants were also way more crowded and hectic than the buffet.
- The dinner dress codes were stressful and old fashioned. We are a female couple and both always dress well yet having to think that we need ”dressy sandals” to get into a restaurant felt so dated. At the end of the trip we mainly opted for room service or cafe snacks as dinner because we felt like the dinners were such a hassle.
- The room AC only had two settings: on or off (it was only off if a balcony or room door was open). For us the AC was way too cold to have on at night so we had the balcony door open which then made the room a little damp.
- Our first room was on the ground floor and had very little light, it smelled really damp and we both had allergic reactions to it. Luckily we got moved to a top floor room that was so much better.
- The drinks by the pool (soft drinks) were really watery and flat.

Not a pro or a con, just a remark on the genral vibe - the resort seemed to be 90% North Americans, mainly middle aged guests, and a lot of loud day drinking at the main pool. Alcohol was very much a central theme, which just isn’t our thing.

Atmosfera, servizio in camera impeccabile, qualità del servizio, personale sempre disponibile, ottima qualità e varietà del cibo oltre le aspettative.
Pulizia continua ovunque.
Esperienza davvero eccellente.

Cons:

La struttura offre escursioni nei dintorni, ma non è la più attrezzata tra quelle del territorio.

Given exceptional location, beautiful beach & facilities, food & entertainment, we'd visit again!
Pros:

The food was delicious at all the restaurants we visited! We can't say enough about the staff and the beach was exceptional

Cons:

It was tough to watch other guests be rude to the waitstaff. But I suppose you'll get that wherever you go.
