What a place! We had the rooftop suite and it was everything and more than you could expect. Great location too.
Nothing
Historical building, wood floors, rooftop terrace with loungers and table. Comfortable bed and bedding, large bathroom and free parking garage. Breakfast options were limited but the egg dishes and coffee were good.
Not enough lights in the room to compensate for the lack of exterior windows in the room. Complimentary drinking water daily but in tiny bottles and you are charged extra if you need more. Jacuzzi on terrace is a large bathtub that takes 45 minutes to fill and the jets are very weak. Have to fill each day you want to use it. Very little English is spoken by the staff but they were nice and always tried to be helpful.

Excellent experience at this beautiful hotel! We were less than 5 minute walk from La Parroquia. The staff is wonderful! They messaged me about everything and were super helpful with everything. I look forward to visiting again.
Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to assist with anything we needed. We were upgraded to a top-floor room upon arrival, which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!

El hitel es muy lindo, limpio. La atención de las chicas en recepción y el estacionamiento excelentes. Es muy céntrico. La parte mala es quw no tuvimos agua caliente y el aire acondicionado no bajaba de 22 grados y nos moríamos de calor.
The property is in an area convenient for walking, shopping, and dining. I felt very safe at all times of the day. the apartment has a full kitchen, eating area, living room, bedroom with bath shower. Average quality, but nice. There is an A/C unit in the living room for the whole apartment, which makes the bedroom hot. You can request a fan.
The personnel was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that botched the trip was the theft of a sweatshirt from our room. If you see anyone walking around with a blue sweatshirt with “Andover” in yellow lettering, that’s my hoodie sweatshirt.
