The room was terribly small, dank, and musty. I paid for two night but was so unhappy that I checked out less than 24 hours later. I requested a refund for the one night I was not staying but my request was denied. The hotel in person is very disappointing.

One time experience, but never again
Pros:

The Stuff was really kind and helpful and understand, why I want to leave earlier (Two days booked, but just stay one night).

Cons:

The room was dirty (floor had crusty rests of the hosted persone before).
The hallway smalls bad (cigarettes, etc.) and the room itself smells moldy.
It´s really loud in the rooms.
I really tried to give them a chance, that´s why I stayed the one night, but the mold in the bathroom and the general facility conditions was so bad, that I decide to left it earlier.

They should first updatet and clean the rooms (A pest control professional is generally recommended after reviewing prior comments).
Fortunately, there were no unwanted pests in my room, but I did not want to risk it.

Very DISAPPOINTED 😞

I stayed at this hotel Booking number
6504945553, last night April 24, 2025 on 3rd floor and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The property looks nothing like the photos shown online, which was misleading from the start. The room itself felt poorly maintained, and the restroom was especially concerning the tub had visible mildew and rust, making it feel unclean and uncomfortable to use.
To make matters worse, there were bugs in the room, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel stay. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and the difference between the advertised images and reality made this a very unpleasant visit. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made. Therefore, I am asking for a full refund.
