Terrible service
Pros:

Not much

Cons:

Despite being told we would get room service every two days, we received nothing by the third day despite calls to the front desk. Called twice for new towels and eventually had to track down a housekeeper to get some. Terrible service.

Pros:

Very clean, was quiet. Liked how easy it was to check-in, room was larger than expected, complimentary breakfast was great and surprised with the elevated options. Garage was just across the street, a quick walk.

Cons:

Pool was closed, was a little bummed as it was part of why I booked this location. Front desk asked if I was parking with them but did not mention that it was an additional cost, fortunately when I realized it upon check out the new front desk resolved the unexpected charge which I totally appreciated.

It was wonderful!

It was across the street from the arena where we were going to a concert

It was expensive but the convenience of being able to park at the hotel and walk across the street to the concert made it well worth it!

Overall the stay for the time I was there was good. Staff excellent!
Pros:

Cons:

I am used to Spring Hill suites having plates, dish detergent, and kitchen supplies, but none were available. Went to desk get salt and pepper.

We have always stayed here on our visits but this will be the last time. The hotel is not what it once was.

Very convenient
Pros:

Location across the street from the Barry Manilow Concert at the Chartway Arena. Parking was convenient.

Cons:

Staff told us they had oversold and it took awhile to check into a room even though we had a reservation and paid well in advance.
