Cons:

It’s not courtesy parking off there is a fee. Double check what Booking.com says on the price because the property charged me about $50 more and that was not including the $10 parking fee.

I’ve been crashing here for years—they finally spruced it up with renovations. Now the service? Front desk’s all fake smiles, robotic, no real help. No digital check-in either; gotta flash ID like I’m sketchy. Won’t use my profile’s card—the business one’s been good forever. Felt insulted when they made me pull another, stared at my face like a crook. Charging for parking too, but no guard, just a cash grab—check the site fine print. Top Hilton tier? Still zilch. No late checkout info, no love for loyal spenders. Fancy spot with crap service. Breakfast? Fake eggs from a carton, no thanks. Families hit it up for the park or hospital, but it ain’t homey anymore. Won’t be back.

We appreciated the kindness of all the staff and being able to check in with a person.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us because my husband had an early morning surgery at St. Agnes. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the breakfast because we had to leave too early.

The hotel was fairly close to where we were meeting family so that part was convenient
Pros:

Breakfast is pretty good. Check in and check out was easy.

Cons:

Had to walk forever to get to breakfast at the other end of the complex, the whole layout was complicated
