Old, needs maintenance and renovation, smell in hallway, location, dirty bathroom, no comfy beds, breakfast terrible, noisy reception, no clear reception. Way too expensive for what you get. Not use to this lack of quality from Novotel
Honden toegelaten in dit hotel.
Het hotel is echt verouderd. Enorm veel gezinnen met jonge kinderen en voor hen waren er best wel veel faciliteiten. Geen aanrader voor koppels die van rust willen genieten. Het ontbijt was wel in orde. Het hotel is voor ons geen 4-sterren hotel of toch althans niet wat wij daarbij in gedachten hebben.
Het was voor ons een hotel op doorreis dus (gelukkig) maar voor 1 nachtje.

The room was clean and quite spacious. The bathroom had both shower and bathtub. The breakfast was extraordinary offering a lot of options and we enjoyed it a lot.
The reception area is a bit weird - just a table right in front of the entrance doors that looked like another table in the restaurant. It's something we didn't expect, but was not a problem at all.
The room service was excellent - each day we found cleaned room, and that was really nice as we stayed for 6 nights, so cleanness was important for us ! The breakfast was delicious, lots of variaty, you could eat outside, or inside -a bit crowded sometimes, but long eating hours (6.30-10.30). Kids liked ping pong table and table football, the outside area was calm and relaxing. The only disadvantage was closed swimming pool, it was under reconstruction and we were not inforned about it, so it was a bit disapponting. The location is s bit outside of the city centre, but has several parks near, great for kids to run and play. Overal it was a really nice, comforting stay!
