Clean and safe location
Too basic and noise from other guests
La tranquillité dans l hôtel, la propreté des chambres, le distributeur d'eau fraîche devant l ascenseur. L'ascenseur qui mène au parking. Les boissons dans le frigo.
Un séjour qui reste cher si vous ajoutez les faux frais , parking + taxi (pratique mais 50 euros l'AR pour centre ville). Pas possible de prendre un dernier verre après minuit.

Letti comodi e bagno ampio e spazioso. Colazione spettacolare e anche il ristorante interno all'Hotel merita una menzione speciale per la qualità del cibo. Dall'hotel noi ci siamo mossi con l'auto in quanto era domenica e non c'erano restrizioni per la circolazione. Comunque a poca distanza ci avevano già indicato dove partivano i mezzi pubblici. Staff sempre gentile e disponibile.
Simpatia dos funcionários, hotel silencioso em geral, camas confortáveis, bom para descansar. Possibilidade de utilizar toalhas do hotel na piscina, sem qualquer pagamento nem caução.
Localização demasiado longe do centro, de transportes demora-se praticamente 1 hora a chegar aos pontos turísticos principais. Acabámos por usar sempre Uber/Táxi, como somos uma família de 4 compensou, mas para menos pessoas torna-se mais complicado. As instalações estão a ficar um pouco degradadas, preciso de manutenção em algumas áreas e nos quartos. O nosso quarto tinha um cheiro a tabaco incomodativo, parecia que alguém tinha fumado lá dentro anteriormente ou então vinha pelas condutas do ar condicionado. Pequeno almoço podia ser melhor, para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Já estive noutros hotéis desta cadeia (por exemplo em Madrid, Sevilha) e para mim a relação qualidade/preço deste de Barcelona não é boa, é demasiado caro tendo em conta o que referi antes.

The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the location was convenient for both the airport and Fira Barcelona, although a little far from the city centre.
Our main disappointment was the service and overall management, which did not feel up to 4-star standards. A very noisy party on our first evening prevented some members of our group from sleeping. Reception staff were young and not very proactive or helpful, even with simple requests such as arranging a taxi.
