Clean, spacious room and friendly staff. Good location close to shopping and restaurants and not far from downtown. The only thing I would change is some additional lighting in the desk/sitting area. Would stay here again.
Can’t give 5 stars because I was only at the hotel for about 6 hours for a little bit of sleep before early flight. Did not get to experience the hotel to really give it a good rating. Room was nice and bathroom was nice, but the hotel floor I was on reeked of marijuana as soon as we came out of the elevator.
Proximity to the airport and shuttle service.
After arriving at SAV it was difficult to contact the hotel to send the shuttle to pick us up. It took several calls to connect to the front desk. I suggest the instructions of how to contact shuttle services should be on the reservation.

Had an amazing stay and Tonya the front desk courtesy staff was awesome! This was a very emotional trip, but the stay made the trip worth it all !

There was no breakfast included as advertised
Just stayed for one night on a roadtrip, but the property and staff were great. Very welcoming and helpful.
The location
Walls were very thin, could here everything my neighbor was saying. Noisy A/C unit in the room. Took a while for water to get hot. Didn't offer complimentary breakfast.

Hotel was well kept and clean. It would be nice if they had a tv in the sitting room (where the couch is) so you could have somewhere to sit while watching.
Very clean and accommodating. The front desk attendants were friendly. Even the cleaning facilities were pleasing asking if we needed anything.
