DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Savannah Airport

Excellent hotel. Would stay here again. Rooms were modern and clean. TV was huge. Plenty of outlets for charging devices. Bathroom with stand up shower was modern and clean. Staff texted to make sure everything was pleasing.

Close to the interstate and a lot of restaurants and shopping close by!
I also liked how if the room was and that there was a small couch in the room!

Rooms are very clean beds are so comfortable this is a great place to stay feel very safe they have a bar and grill. Fitness room swimming pool. I would like to give a shout out to zee She was the first one we saw when we came into the lobby She also helped out at the bar when needed all smiles said if there's anything you need let me know, She was running around helping people I was like this girl loves her job.

My daughter goes to SCAD and I stay near the airport for early flights out. My last stay was at The Hampton airport. I had a 5:30am flight and their shuttle doesn’t start till 6🤨 So this time I called the Doubletree and was told airport shuttle starts at 4:15 so I signed up. My flight this time was at 5a. But I figured doable. Upon arriving I was told shuttle starts at 4:45🤬 I guess next time I will figure in the price of Uber and maybe choose a different hotel.

We were in town for the Nike Savannah Showdown and we absolutely loved our stay! It was EXTREMELY clean! Our pull out couch was even brand new( had to cut the tie off that was holding it together from shipping) it was a hotel you didn’t have to be scared to walk around the room barefoot! (Y’all know what I mean!) everyone was so very sweet, welcoming, and extremely helpful! The hang bar had great food and was not to pricy! It was also very quiet at night. There wasn’t anyone running up and down the hallways. The location was right around everything we could ask for. Food, Walmart, gas station. It was ideal! The room was a little pricey but that was only because we had to book through the tournament website BUT it was one of the best prices there was for the quality and atmosphere we were in! It truly felt like home away from home! We will absolutely be staying there again next year for the tournament!!

Great location for shopping and dining. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and as pictured. A little noise due to the construction at the hotel but I’d definitely recommend & stay again!

The rooms are standard Doubletree. Clean, spacious with relatively nice beds. It’s the people that make the difference. The lady who checked me out has the biggest smile and no matter how busy, she provides customer service at its best. She’s the reason I come back.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel for one night. There were several good qualities. The room was spacious and clean, it was reasonably priced, and within walking distance of excellent dining. The front desk attendant who checked us in was friendly and efficient, and provisioned us with two warm cookies on our way to the room.

The hotel appears to be currently undergoing renovations on some rooms while open for business. We think our room was recently renovated, but noted several concerns with the quality control/inspection of the contractor’s work. The shower handle easily came off, the bathroom sink had a slow drain due to improper installation of the stopper, and the framing on the bathroom door belonged in a Dr. Seuss book! In the bedroom, the closet door had a large unpainted drywall mud patch in the middle of the door and the in-room safe lacked power.

We would have provided this feedback directly to the hotel, but we were unable to locate any options for feedback or surveys, and were only asked to drop our keys at the desk upon checkout. While overall clean and an ok stay, we will not likely stay here again.

Nice, clean, hotel near Savannah Airport Area. Shopping centers, restaurants abound! Spacious rooms, friendly staff. Perfect for travel stop on the way to Florida.

Great experience as usual. This is my preferred hotel when visiting the area. Great location, clean comfortable rooms, the chef at the restaurant makes a delicious breakfast and great service. The staff always is helpful and friendly. Jasmine provided outstanding service when I checked in.

We had experienced an inordinately long travel day making our way home for the holidays. The front desk clerk was very friendly, helpful, and understanding. She changed the tenor of our evening, thank you!

Great location, the best housekeeping staff ever, so attentive. Everyone makes you feel welcomed. I recommend it highly.

Great reception at the front desk, Johnnie B is the man. True customer service. Close to the airport equals extra sleep for the early flights.

If you are looking for the best customer service and a great atmosphere this Hilton is the best. Johnnie is amazing and he goes out of his way to help. I have come numerous times here. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is perfect near the airport and they have the best cookies in town. Just ask for Johnnie!!

The location was great.

My room wasn’t ready at check in due to a maintenance issue and Johnnie B saved the day!!! He was very friendly and helpful and had me in a new room on the floor I’d requested right away! Appreciate the great customer service!!!!

Wow, Johnie B, what a legend, he was extremely helpful, gave us a private boardroom when he saw my business partner and I having a meeting in the lobby, really good customer service, friendly and would recommend staying here. Will not forget this visit. Thanks Johnnie!
