The location
Walls were very thin, could here everything my neighbor was saying. Noisy A/C unit in the room. Took a while for water to get hot. Didn't offer complimentary breakfast.
They have Great rooms, awesome staff!
Hotel was well kept and clean. It would be nice if they had a tv in the sitting room (where the couch is) so you could have somewhere to sit while watching.
Very clean and accommodating. The front desk attendants were friendly. Even the cleaning facilities were pleasing asking if we needed anything.

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit zwei Queensize Betten gebucht leider bekam ich ein Zimmer mit einem Bett und ausziehbaren Couch. Man mussten den Schlafplatz selbst herrichten und die Bettwäsche sich an der Rezeption abholen.
Man erklärte uns an der Rezeption, es wäre Schuld von Booking.com, man hätte uns ein Zimmer angeboten welches nicht zur Verfügung stand

A few details needed addressing. Shower door would not stay closed. Blinds in living room did not work
Good location and clean
The shuttle bus stops running at 11 pm and no where while booking does this information appear. We waited 30 minutes for an uber when we arrived at 11:45. Worse was several hotel shuttles were active
I like the location
It wasn’t what I expected
My first time in the US & first vacation in over 7 years... Booked double tree Savannah Airport as we were looking for a hotel with a pool and had incorporated that into our plans. Booked on a No Prepayment Needed basis... Arrived at the hotel after a long drive from across the state to find out the Pool was unavailable; some prior information would have been good as we would have then booked elsewhere.
Room itself had issues, privacy was a concern as the room door wouldn't lock from the inside, and the hallway light in the room was also faulty so we had to keep the bathroom light on and leave the door open so we could use the microwave and coffee facilities (kinda unhygienic!).
The staff were very good however their hands were tied on what they could do, we were offered free breakfast however it doesn't make up for the lack of information regarding the pool as it had effectively ruined the plans for the day.
Also a charge was taken at booking despite ' No Prepayment needed ' being clearly stated on the website (I have screenshots), and both that charge and another further£50 charge (3 figures all together) STILL haven't been released back to me despite the invoice being fully paid and cleared by me.
Again, staff are very good, friendly and try to help... but we definitely expected much better from a prestige name hotel with regard to facilities availability and room quality.
At the time of me typing this I still haven't seen my money released back to me, nor had an email response back to my complaint.
Quite Disappointing.
