Pros:

Very polite receptionist and they even upgraded our room.

Cons:

The pool area was much smaller than expected and was in the shade mostly.

Awesome place to stay. Bed needs updated.
Pros:

The facility was great. The room was excellent, very clean. The young house keeper that where's glasses and has a nose ring was fantastic. Very nice and courteous. The lady behind the front desk at check-in was fantastic. She went above her call of duties. She has a wonderful spirt about her.

Cons:

The room was beautiful. Very clean. But the bed was the most uncomfortable. It was hard and springy. My wife felt the same way. The pillows look good until I used them. They went flat very quickly. I had to fold them then they got hard. Not very supportive for mine or my wife's head and neck.

Hampton inns used to be a nice place to stay, not anymore sadly!
Pros:

The staff was great to work with, I requested an early check in and they were very accommodating, the air was out in one of our 2 rooms, they quickly moved us to a different room!

Cons:

Was very expensive for what it was, we had to be checked out of our condo on Saturday & needed somewhere to stay one night bc we had a wedding to go to, I had higher expectations for what I paid for it...it was very dirty, floors weren't cleaned, sheets were dirty and it was stifling hot/muggy.

Cons:

No available pool at the time of my stay Had to use apt complex next door pool and got accused of trespassing and was talked to downright ugly about the situation. Was told by 2 different hotel employees that it was ok to use it because there was down for maintenance

The hotel was fine but a guest in another room was noisy.
Pros:

The facility and breakfast were fine.

Cons:

A dog (or person) was howling all night (until 4am). This was irritating. Made it difficult to sleep.
