Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés la veille du rallye de Sturgis et au lieu du havre de paix que nous cherchions, l'hôtel etait transformé en lieu de fête pour motards... en arrivant en milieu d'après midi, beaucoup de personnes ivres occupaient les espaces communs... peu accueillant comme ambiance
Notre chambre etait au rez-de-chaussée et dehors, un mariage se préparait pour le surlendemain... nous avons du rester rideaux fermés jusqu'à 20h car des ouvriers installaient un bar juste sous nos fenetres
Tout s'est calmé heureusement vers 20h, raison pour laquelle je ne mets pas moins que 6, mais ce n'était pas ce que j espérais de ce sejour
Enfin le restaurant, qui se veut assez chic vu les prix, nous a servi avec beaucoup d'attente et des couverts en plastique...

We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning some day.
Pros:

Location was gorgeous. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was quaint/charming. Enjoyed the hot tub in the storm. Hammock by the creek was awesome. Only thing I didn’t love was the menu selection at the restaurant. It wasn’t terrible, just wasn’t up the the level of everything else.

No elevator?
Pros:

It is a beautiful building in a beautiful spot. The staff was very nice.

Cons:

I was very surprised they don't have an elevator. We had to haul all of our luggage up the stairs to the second floor. When we checked in we were told the wifi was down. There is no cell phone service so we had no way of letting family know we made it. I know the internet being down isn't the Lodge's fault but it was inconvenient.
